On October 16,2022 After work we decided to have dinner at Churches on Marbach Rd near John Jay. We were very disappointed, the... employee on registered was having a hard time locating items on register, couldn't really hear us. We had to keep repeatingbecause their music was playing so loud. While at register, one of their employees walked to other register with his zipperdown, pants hanging off showing his boxers. We mentioned to him his fly was open, and manager gave us thumbs up. She should have corrected his appearance, not us. We ended up paying close to $30.00 on 2 breast, 2 mashed potato, 2 mac and cheese, and biscuits. The mashed potato was so hot it burned the roof of my mouth, mac and cheese was disgusting, it was mushy, anddidn't look right, and the biscuits were hard as rocks. We called and complained to headquarters, then this evening about730, the manager calls me at home and practically called me a lier and was talking over me, and still trying to give me moremac and cheese. I felt harassed, and very disappointed. Churches hires just anybody. Very unprofessional, and food was notworth $30. Read more
Drive through request was for 6 thighs 4 legs on the 10 pc dark, the rep replies . I'll do the best I can.. did not fill my... request at all nor did she offer to charge me more if I wanted 6 thighs 4 legs, nor did she say sorry we ran out of thighs..simple put 5 amd 5 and left me to find the order wrong when I got home.. horrible customer service. Food was between Luke warm and cold,The Large french fries was half okra and half fries ??which both were cold?? Took them like... 15 minutes to bring my order out and there was a total of five employees just standing around. I went to the first churches by my home and for some reason every time I go there's an issue, this time the fryers where down.... So then I traveled further to the next one. Upon arrival there were two cars ahead of me each car it took 10 minutes to getserviced. When I finally was able to order I couldn't hear the person talking on the speaker. She repeated my order over threetimes and when I got to the window to pick up my food she still got the order wrong. I noticed there were a total of fouremployees inside, so I don't know why it took 25 minutes to get my order, and to top it off my food was not fresh and a bit coldor warm. Churches Chicken yall got to do better. Read more

I wouldn?t even give it one star? I would not recommend anybody that doesn?t eat chicken that often to come here and eat the... food is terrible & nasty it taste like old grease. I literally have the taste of old grease on my tongue and the roof of mymouth. You have a Trailor trash, uneducated, unprofessional white lady, working there only to receive a check.. where are thegood morals, a good professional, ethics quality standards of companies like this that they?re supposed to provide for thecustomer after a long days of work for the amount of money I spent I would like to have gotten a good tasting decent meal, but Iguess the owners of companies like this hire whoever just to fill the spot.. not a good place to stop very bad customer service,unprofessional Read more
