I went in expecting to be seated and served some hot food instead got turned away. Don?t go to this restaurant an hour before... closing, they will refuse to serve you so they can clean They?re priority was to clean and get out instead of serving acustomer/customers during business hours. Never again! I will drive 20-30 mins to a restaurant that is open and ready to serveduring ALL BUSINESS HOURS. Read more
We visited here all 3 days of our Honeymoon in San Antonio. All 3 days our server Florida was great, he was funny and interacted... with all the customers and staff and made our experience enjoyable. I was served by Falon. What a positive experience! She was attentive, friendly, and kept eye contact with a smile. The food was... well prepared and hot. Falon check on every customer in her section following up for any requests. The restaurant was fairlybusy but this young lady got it. The rest of the servers and kitchen crew looked and interact like they were having fun. Thisis one of a few Denny's that their service was outstanding! Read more
5 minutes to get seated. 7 minutes before the server acknowledged us. 17 minutes to receive drinks. Another 30 before we got our... food. Which, hear me out, i wouldn't have complained about because they were short staffed HOWEVER.....a group came immediatelyafter us and was seated right away. They were seated right next us, i might add. The server came a couple of minutes after andapologized to them saying that they were short staffed. We never received an apology. They received great service the whole timethey were there. We didn't receive an apology for any part of our Awful experience. Almost didn't go in because it was slow. But kids had never been and wanted to try it. The burger was delicious. My daughter... almost stole it. The cheese sticks hot and stringy, and of course can't go wrong with the grandslam. I got harvest pancakes. Myhusband got a skillet. Everything was hot. The staff was very friendly. OMG!!! Laura was our server and she was amazing!!!! We had the new pumpkin pecan pancakes and the new BLT!!! So glad they have... the BLT! The restaurant was super clean and the food came out super fast. The coffee is delicious, they should sell it! Lovethis place! We will definitely be back! Read more
Food took forever but they apologized and food tasted great and actually warm. Even tho they didn't have music playing like the... other dennys, this place is better in comparison. Read more
