Employees specifically alita and fernanda were rude, unhelpful, disrespectful to employees and customers!! Pizzas were thrown in... the store. Terrible service!! Those girls need to be fired immediately. I love dominos just not from this store. Read more
They had new hires so they accidentally made my daughter's pizza with cheese but she's lactose intolerant so they made a new one... without hesitation. It was actually nice to see good custo.er service. Read more
This store, Palo Alto San Antonio, has always been quick and professional to make and deliver Me My ordered pizzas, subway... sandwiches (which are very satiably filling), tasty desserts and drinks in a routinely timely manner. Not much more to say asI'm hungry awaiting my order. After i eat, I'm less likely to write because I tend to relax and wind down. Read more
Placed an online order for pick up and didn't recieve part of order. I call store to inform them and get put on hold for over 8... mins. Just to pull up and clearly someone could have taken call. I get there to complain and the girl in back making pizzastarts talking to another employee about my order instead of directing me, when i asked about my order. Leeann then steps in andhandled the situation very professionally (even with me having an attitude because im mad) She did give me a refund and was verynice and apologetic. I get that pizza is popular and everyone always wants it at the same time but, when you have customers in the lobby unattended... and you have about 8 employees there should be no reason their order is sitting on the rack. Another lady and myself had to waitabout 5 min while they argued it out what needed to be done next and long behold our orders were finished and just sittingthere! If I would have done the mibile check in let's just say I would have had a free pizza. Read more
2 star only because there is 1 wonderful delivery girl (when your pizza actually gets delivered).... Waited 2hrs for 2 pizzas to... never be delivered... TWICE. Had to finally pick them up...and they weren't even the right pizzas. Received a credit for them.Cool... until I went to use the credit...thats when the "manager" says, "Well I don't see the credit. And there's nothing I cando about it." The manager put it in.....well I'm the manager today and have no idea what you're talking about. This isn't the1st time either....this place sucks. I placed a good size order for our family movie night and everyone got to choose their item. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak... and to my complete disappointment there is almost no meat in the entire sandwich. I tried calling the location but they wouldn'tanswer. So disappointed and will be going back to pizza but again. Read more
They pizza is great but not just the pizza the pasta is so good and the marble cookie brownies with chocolate chips !!
