The most trash dominoes in town. I?ve tried giving them the Benefit of the doubt but waiting almost an hour for my food to get... delivered multiple times is bad enough. The only reason I get from this store now is because it?s the only one in my area todeliver. Edit: after calling the store (30+ minutes into my delivery) I was instructed to just wait an additional 30-45 minutesand then call back. My house is 8 minutes away from the store. Read more
First order was an hr late, cold, the wrong pizza and it was burnt. I called and they offered to send another one. The second... one was the same wrong pizza again. This time the pizza also had a long hair in it. This was for someone's birthday. Don't buyfrom this location. Read more
Waited an hour for them to finish quality check. When I called to ask why, they told me ?it?s in the oven? and I asked how if... it?s already in quality check, to which he replied ?it?s out for delivery?. Both lies. Not sure if he was just confused, orlying to cover his behind. Regardless, these people NEVER make the orders on time, and the orders are usually very low quality.It?s a shame dominos defaults to this location for delivery. The one on Evers has crackheads that hang out and harass customersat night, so I guess Leon Valley is not the place to visit dominos. Read more
We called our simple pizza order in and after a hour I had to recall them and they hadn't even started our pizzas. We said get... them made, well 30 minutes later I called and they acted like they had mo clue. Totallt cancelled the order. Read more
Ordered car side because i had sleeping kids in the car, no one ever came to bring my pizza once my order was ready, I called... and No one picked up the phone even though I could see the cashier at the register. I got out the car, picked up my order to gethome to dry pizza and an even drier chicken ?alfredo? literally all noodles. Read more
I decided to try again and order from domino's. Recently I've had bad luck with them. Well this wasn't a surprise but it will... be my last try. I had to call to order the marinara cheese dip and bread. The young lady I spoke with was very nice and I addedit to my online order. The app told me that my pizza was being Quality checked for 40 minutes. When my driver arrived (who wasvery nice) I was excited to get to try the cheese dip and what use to be my favorite wings. There was no marinara in the cheesedip.. just grease. The wings are cold and colorless and sauce less, the pizza was supposed to have extra sauce and it's dry. Very disappointing Read more
So' The smooth operator said the marble brownies will come out in 7 minutes. I pulled up shortly waited 3 minutes and the goods... came out as they said. The product was not great. The crew was friendly and product came out quickly. Was made up the next daymoney back plus pizza. I would recommend a pizza from here any day over brownie. Thk u dominos for fixing it Read more
Absolutely the worst service ever. Waited 1 hour 15 min. Decided to call and ask for a replacement order so that I could pick it... up. Cameron wouldn't let me speak with the general manager. Wouldn't give me her name, " cuz uh I don't know if I can". Left meon hold and refused to duplicate my order. Absolutely the worst. These kids these days don't care and to have a "GeneralManager" on site hearing the conversation and not trying to resolve the situation is insane. The government will pay you to gohome a sit there, so go do it and leave the jobs in the service industry for those who want to serve. That $40 cash tip wentstraight back in my pocket.
