Dough, I remember coming here years ago and enjoying it. This time I absolutely loved it! You have to order the sampler of... beer, the sampler of burrate, and every pizza on the menu, it's all spectacular. And you cannot talk enough about the dough, thebread the crust, it's exceptional. Great food, great staff, great wine...everything was great! We came in a little before close and the entire staff was so... friendly and welcoming. We had a salad and pizza. It was great! We sat where we could watch chef's making masterpieces. It wasso delicious. The staff was so friendly and answered all our questions. The pizza is cooked in wood fire grill....oh my gosh.They have the dough and cooking time down perfectly. Just the right amount of char with the right amount of melted cheese. Oh sogood! This is one of my favorite pizza places in San Antonio. Fresh ingredients, the dough is just perfect. The big plus is that... they?re BYOB!! There?s a small uncorking fee but nothing unreasonable. Service is great, even when they are very busy it isgreat. Read more

So tasty! We have been to Dough 3 times in the past 3 months. It's not cheap. On Wednesday (and Thursday I think) they have... half price on some bottles of wine; this softens the blow a bit. Last night we split the mista salad. The server will split itfor you. It's plenty big enough to share as a starter and yum. We have ordered the prosciutto crudo every single time we havecome to Dough because it's amazing. Last night we also had the Dough's marinara pizza plus housemate sausage and love it! I'mhaving a leftover piece right now. It's a big zesty party for your mouth. The service has been consistently good. They do nottake reservations. If you go on a weekend be prepared to wait a long time. Another great reason to go mid-week. :) Read more

We had the cheese appetizer with the crostini, which was delicious. The meats on one pizza were delicious. The mushroom pizza... was a little too sweet for my taste, but it wasn't Dough's fault. That is on me. Everything was hot and yummy and the serverwas attentive and helpful. Read more

This will be a redundant review. It was on food network, they have real imported italian pizza ovens, and they?re line cooks are... always prepping fresh ingredients. Needless to say the food is spectacular you can definitely get more for your money else wherebut others will pale in comparison.They use Bel Gioso to encase their burata which is a fresh made blend of cheese and creamsuper good. That?s not even getting to the pizza each option is very distinct. Go for a date night. Read more

Excellent! Food here is just amazing. You can taste every ingredient which is all combined coming together as a fine tuned... orchestra. Employees are attentive, on point and friendly. Anything you order here will have your taste buds awaken.Definitely is on the list of regular spots to eat twice a week or so.. Read more
