Consistently out/low on donuts. Even regular donuts, like glazed, they're out of consistently. Their donut delivery truck... doesn't come everyday, and when it does come, doesn't bring full inventory. Good luck on them ever getting or having thespecialty donuts they advertise. Read more
Stopped to grab a coffee with my daughter and all kids working no manners, i tell the young lady there is no napkins and she... doesn?t even give me attention or say I will get you some, workers cussing up in there and bathroom all nice and tagged up, takesome pride and be mindful and respectful to your elders especially if your 8 year old daughter is with you!!!! The only decent part was the food. The service was horrendous. Several people received their order well before mine despite have... nearly identical orders. It took a while just for a worker to ask what I had ordered and begin making the hash browns. Not tomention that profanity and yelling that kept occuring during my wait. Very unprofessional. I even witnessed the managerrepeatedly hitting his employees then stopping when he noticed the customers looking. Read more
I literally just ordered a single donut, I received in the bag, no napkins, nothing to hold the donut. Tried going inside to... order it so I can cool off, discovered the doors were locked, then waited 5 mins at the drive thru line with nobody else inline. Never going here again. Read more
Went here pretty frequently during lunch, and as of recent they've gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row. I like to order their... matcha green tea latte since its cheaper than Starbucks, however I havent been able to receive one. ???? I attempted to ask oncefor them to replace the order with what i asked since i figure they just misheard me, (which i had no clue of knowing if theydid or not since they never confirmed the order with me) but i had an employee insist that i should have just asked for theright thing the first time. Im not sure how a "matcha green tea latte" gets confused with either a hot chocolate mocha, or achai latte, but I dont think im going back to this location... Read more
Tried this location to see for myself, despite all the negative reviews about lack of training and inaccuracies. I was... overcharged for a medium black coffee on my first visit. It was only $1 overcharged, but it felt possibly intentional becausewhen I asked for the receipt, they immediately apologized and said they could try to fix any errors. Going to assume honestintent for now, but maybe the location does have contempt for some customers? Read more
