This use to be one of my favorite locations. But last few months the quality has gone down. My coffee is never made the way I... ask for it and the donuts are hard as rocks and definitely not fresh. Not once but twice?made an order online to pick up, tons of cars. Okay no big deal. Then maybe I was three cars away when a... gentleman walked up to the drive thru station. Sign said ?sorry due to short staffing we?re closed?. Again I?m not mad but I wasgoing to see if I can get a refund on my order since I used the app. A good while of silence. No response. Thought maybe Ishould call? Dialed it and within 2 rings it hangs up. Lovely. So this actually happened to me before, I wasn?t going to commenton it but twice? So in total I lost about $7.02 today and the time before which was a while back $14.18. I don?t get how we?resupposed to get refunds or anything from this place?. Read more
This is my favorite Dunkin location. For some reason they are the only ones that make my coffee just right. Today I went inside... after placing an online order that said it didn't go through, but it charged my account. I work in retail and understand therecan be glitches which is why I went inside. Everyone was nice and the gentleman who helped me verified that I had the correctlocation and was quick to get my order out with no issues. Thank you Dunkin for being awesome. Also, the drive-thru line wasreally long (at least 10-12 cars) when I pulled in but by the time I walked out of the building it was down to 1 car. Way to goDunkin! Read more
Shout out to the wonderful workers who corrected my husbands order today. I am in tears ????. My husband and I go to this... location quite often. I always get my mocha latte and he gets his regular coffee extra sweet. Today I wasn't there to place myorder and he was about to completely ruin my coffee and Alexis who was taking the order recognized his voice and told him theybelieve i always get the latte.
