My fiancé and I went in with a simple order. We ordered a large iced caramel latte with sweet cream cold foam, the guy gave us... the coffee without the cold foam to which we had to remind him to add. We redeemed 2 munchkin donut hole rewards and he gave usone order, we had to ask him to give us the other one and he looked annoyed with that. Terrible customer service and we will notbe coming here again. The self entitlement of these young workers is disgusting. Hire a new staff or continue to lose business.I would give you 0 stars if I could. :) Read more
What a disaster. Ordered through the app, no problems there. Pulled up to get my order and they were apparently out of decaf... coffee. I guess within the 10 minutes between me ordering and arriving, they couldn't brew more. They offered to exchange forsomething else, and we did, which was fine. Just not what was wanted. The second drink was made with the wrong flavoring. Iordered French Vanilla, and I apparently got some pumpkin flavor. It's gross. Tossed it out. Complete waste of time and money.I should have dealt with the traffic on Culebra. At least they get my order right every time. Read more
The employees where super friendly, helpful and very courteous. Best Dunkin Donuts I have been to. There was only two employees... Luis and Ezelia and they where very busy and still had a smile and time to give awesome customer service with a smile andawesome attitude. Thank you guys this will be our Dunkin place to come!! This Dunkin was good when it first opened. They were fast, consistent and friendly. It has gone downhill in the last few... months. My coffee is always wrong no matter what time it is in the day. Just this morning I ordered two of the exact samecoffees and only one was correct. One of the coffees was missing everything but the coffee. So annoying ???? Read more
Every time I go to this Dunkin it is an unsatisfying experience. They never make drinks right, not even a drink as simple as a... sweet tea. Wasting my money on drinks that I can?t even finish because they were not made correctly. I just ordered a matchalatte and it looks and tasted absolutely disgusting, and this is what prompted me to write such a negative review. Read more
Just bought coffee kolaches and donuts. I?m leaving only one star because the coffee was the only thing that was good. The... donuts were not fresh. They were tough and the glaze was mostly dry with the exception of two donuts. Read more
The best experience thus far at Dunkin' Donuts ????, I MUST Commend Lewis Wilby and Jean-Carlo Armstrong. These young men were... very welcoming even when we we arrived 15min till close. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Theestablishment was very clean, drinks were hot and donuts were beyond delicious ????.
