Shay and Juliana are the best!! They are super funny and super good at what they do! My drink is ALWAYS on point if one of them... is there. If one of them isn't there it's sometimes difficult to get my drink right and its a simple Chai most of the time.Absolutely love them! I LOVE coffee. This place is a let down. Yes the prices are high just like Starbucks but Starbucks still does it better. Now if... I go to Starbucks I won't feel as bad spending so much money cause at least their their coffee is amazing. At Dutch Bros I feltembarrassed & humiliated for spending so much money for brown water & Holiday flavors which were weak. You can get better & moregratifying coffee at McDonald's. Why is this place in existence? I don't get it. I gave 2 stars because the people were sortof nice. Do the use instant coffee? When I went there I didn't even smell brewing coffee now that I think about it. When you goto a place that serves coffee there's a distinct aroma and this place doesn't have it. Read more
Tried the pumpkin caramel freeze & hot brulee & it wuz ok. Couldn't taste the pumpkin flavor though inside both of them. I think... I'll stick to my original pumpkin flavors from Dunkins they taste way better & i can taste the pumpkin flavor more. Read more
