This was a very good experience. Staff is extremely friendly and facility was clean. Employees were constantly out on the floor... cleaning the eating area. Very impressive. I must say this has to be one of the worse Taco Cabanas around. The staff is rude and unhappy which shows in the food. The... chicken looked as though it had been sitting out for hours? all dry and almost like jerky and when I asked for mild salsa thewoman deliberately (or so it seemed) gave me the hottest salsa they had. So when I got home I poured it over the rest of my foodand ruined my meal. So thank you taco cabana for eliminating one less choice from my list of potential places to eat. Read more
I usually go in every Tuesday morning with my service animal. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes or so which seemed like an... eternity without being acknowledged. They had one other person in the Drive-Thru that was waiting on the side of the building asI walked in. It was like at 9:00 in the morning nobody was really that busy. We went through the drive through and what they have on the menu is what you get. They do not allow substitutions to any of... their menu items (except for exclusions like tomatoes and cheese).
