The chicken was awful at this location, was dry, old, cold an not very well cooked, like pollo is known for, wont go back there.... The one on San Pedro, the chicken was moist, crispy on the outside n freshly made.????They really don't know how to cookchicken. Read more
The lady working as cashier on 09/15 around 8:20 pm at night Is rude and ghetto. So much attitude over asking for hot sauce. I... Come here about two three times a week but never again. Refused to give me extra hot sauce for a $12 burrito and was super nastyabout me asking for it ...I personally will never eat at an el pollo loco chain again in SA, there's plenty of real Mexicanplaces here in SA that value repeat customers.
