My suggestion is Do Not Waste your Money or Time here. This Bianca character is lucky to be a manager with her rude attitude...... Who messes up an order when there's zero customers... That should have been my hint to walk out, strange culture of employees, they seem good at making sure no customers return. Read more

Manager/cashier has major attitude, not in a good way. Obviously franchise owner thinks he/she can just plug anybody into that... position, but having someone with just a little in the way of common courtesy & customer service skills might do wonders for thebusiness. Read more

1st time coming to a FireHouse and my experience wasn't that great. I had downloaded the app and it gave me a Free medium... Birthday sub cause my birthday was coming up so I decided let me try their subs cause I usually get mine at Subway. I go in theygreeted me and when I get in line the girl comes up and ask me what I was going to order so I tell her it was my 1st time and Ihad a coupon for a free sub, she then asks me if I had already activated the coupon in my app so I ask her how to do that andshe seem kind of frustrated. So I tell her I wanted to try the tuna sub and she asked if that was going to be fully loaded so Isay Yes which I thought it meant with all the veggies. So then I see the sign which explains the add-ons with no charge but youhave to tell them before they place your order. So I tell the girl can you add jalapenos to my sub please and she made a ugh sound and roll her eyes like if she was really annoyed by me not knowing their process. This made me feel so uncomfortable so Idecided to eat it at home where noone is judging me or making faces at me. 1st time at this Firehouse and last time. Thanks tothis young cashier for this unpleasant experience. Read more
