Food was good but heavy ands not greasy. We opted to sit inside but should have sat outside as it was very stuffy inside. The... pretzel was delicious. A lot of beers to try of you like beer. Read more

Zero coordination or assistance to get a table so we walked around until we found one outside. It took 15 minutes to get a... server to speak with us. They did not have ice and didn't plan on fixing that problem. 2 of the 3 us got out food about 20minutes after ordering. The third took an additional 15 minutes. I ordered the nachos and this was the worst nachos I've had andthey were $14. Customer service is by far the worst I've experienced in San Antonio. No AC so the place was about 85 degreesindoors. There were multiple open tables so I don't understand what could have been the issue of such a terrible experience. I'davoid this place like the plague unless you like overpriced food and terrible service. I'd leave zero stars if possible. Edit:20 minutes passed after asking for a water. We had to go and get a glass of water from the bar. Nachos were half-finished due tonot being appetizing. Read more

We use to come here a lot back in the day, but with the opening of so many other bars and craft brew houses in the area, we've... been skipping over the Saucer. We thought that maybe some of the other places might start thinking we have a drinking problem ifwe kept showing up like we do, so we put the FS back into rotation. News flash! They remembered/know us already, so apparentlythe cats out of the bag. It's fine. I can live with the label. Great place, slightly pricey, but still fun, and typically prettycrowded, if that's your thing. The bar staff is great, as is the waitstaff. I haven't eaten here in a while, but the food wasgood when I was. If you drink one of every beer on their list, you even get a plate to immortalize yourself on their ceiling. Ifyou're in the area, I recommend stopping by. Tell them Eric and Cliff said "sup" (and see if you could put some money on ourtab, please). Read more

Hundreds of beers to choose from and they run specials every week. Dog friendly patio allows anyone to enjoy a few beers with... their 4 legged family members. So far everything that I have tried off of the food menu has been fantastic as well. Love thisplace! Read more

You can always count on Flying Saucer for two things...great beer selections and delicious food. Oh and the staff are always... super-friendly and helpful if you can't quite decide on what to try. Foods I recommend are the Reuben-esque and the San MiguelBurger. These two are my go-to choices and you won't be disappointed. For those watching their figure, the Chicken Cobb isdelicious too. They have an awesome dog-friendly patio as well. Read more

The Flying Saucer is a favorite of ours. With over 200 beers to choose from there?s a little something for every taste bud. If... you go, you must order the chips and queso and Buffalo saucer wings. The absolute best! This is a great place for a first dateor a group of friends meet up. Did I mention they are dog friendly?! If you?re in the area it?s a place to hit up.
