Now: That's a huge oreo ice cream cookie! Food was so good! Even the old fries tasted good. had the best music when we arrived.... Journey and Bryan Adams. Although the onion rings looked a little dark, still good. Old fries still tasted good too! This is a hard review to write. The food was great as always. First time ordering custard products, and our food was ready in 5... minutes. The custard order took over a half hour. The shift manager did have our food re-done so we ended up with hot food. Oneemployee was the problem for everything. A carry out order should not have taken 45 minutes. I eat at Freddy's when out on theroad. To me, this is absolutely the best fast food. But I don't think I will return to this particular location. Read more

I WANT to like this place. I really Do! But it isn't gonna happen. My wife loves the burgers here, my son loves the fries. They... even use decent fresh produce. BUT......I went here last week in drive through. Bought 2 kids meals with hot dogs. They FORGOTTHE HOT DOGS! Hot dogs that are ALLREADY $5 each! The kids meal is around 7.50 without a toy...which I am good with.....IF I GETTHE MAIN PART OF THE MEAL!.. I have been calling the number on the receipt for 3 DAYS and not ONE SINGLE TIME have I gottenanything other than voice-mail! Same with the corporate number I found online. No, I don't have time to go into this place tohash this out, no I don't want a free meal because that gives them a chance waste my time and money again, we all know there isno way the meal will cover BOTH kids much less my wife and I. This is a really great spot for lunchtime. The steakburgers are cooked to perfection and the taste is superb. The shoestring... fries are a suprising favorite especially with the jalepeño fry sauce. The chocolate malt was so thick it never melted thewhole time I enjoyed it. I never get tired of eating here. Read more

So this was our first time having Freddy's burgers . We ordered our food at the drive thru and I simply asked if the "side... pickles" were the fried pickles I ordered because was showing a different price. Well that got fixed and then the whole our andservice went down hill from there. ... they handed us a bag with ONE meal so automatically a weight difference . That took agood min just to get it right. Then I check the burgers and of course it's not EVEN THE RIGHT ORDER. so I go inside and tell thelady on the counter. Both burgers are missing lettuce and the other is missing the bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. She takes itto the back and I'm pretty sure all they did was slap on the veggies. . . Mind you it's already been well over 30mins (for adrive thru order) she comes back and says it's been corrected with "fresh " fries. I get to the car and what do you know orderwas still wrong and fries were definitely not fresh. Still felt warm. We get home and I takes theses 2 pictures and it's themost SKIMMPEST portion of lettuce I have ever seen. (Mind you still no tomatoes ) soo to me it wasent properly correct bc stillcame in the same dirty container. Never again would I waste my time or money there again.
