We've been here twice now! Our first visit was so great, we came back a week later with friends and family. The food is... delicious and prepared so well. The seasonings on the meat are fantastic, but the flavors get even better when you pair themwith the sauces! All the servers, hostess, staff are completely gracious, patient, and friendly. I've been to other Brazilian steakhouses bit this one unique. The pineapple was very delicious. The garlic steak was amazing... and my favorite cut of meat. I know there are shorthanded but my wife and mother in law loved the experience. Will definitelyho back again. Read more

I recently went here to eat with my wife and a friend and I deeply regret giving this place a chance! I have two main... complaints and I cannot decide which one is more egregious. I will start with what happened first... one of the waiters droppedsteak on my wife (and her nice shirt pictured in this review) TWICE and did not say a word about it. No sorry, no nothing! CouldGalpão Gaucho please buy my wife a new shirt or something? That was bad enough... but this place took a turn for the worstwhen we got our bill. They tried to charge us $25 for water!! This is amazing to me because I told them upfront that we wouldall just like tap water rather than spring water that costs money. And then the waitress had the nerve to charge us $25 forwater. To be fair, she took it off when I asked for the manager but my question is... if you know that I am going to refusepaying for this based on what I said at the beginning of my meal, why even try? All in all, just a very expensive and badexperience. I won't be going back unless something drastic changes. Just stick to Chama Gaucha folks, you don't want to leavewith stains and a hole in your pocket for a drink that is universally free. Read more

Food was excellent and service was good. First experience at a Brazilian steakhouse was great!! We were a big party of close to... 30 people and they managed to keep us all fed and watered lol but towards the end we waited a long time for certain meatoptions. They finally came back after we asked them twice or so. I?d definitely come back and most likely with a smaller partyto compare the service in a good way. I highly recommend it.
