So, I?ve been contemplating for a while to visit Genghis Grill. I?m happy I did today. It wasn?t crowded, so I dined in. I?m... guessing my waitress was new to server, but she is/was amazing. I liked the idea of selecting my own ingredients and proteins,it?s ?like? a hibachi grill. I will say some of the ingredients should be refreshed more often, but you had a lot to choosefrom. Love the food here. This time I went and my food was burned and they still brought it to my table. I'm sorry $19something for a... bowl of food, please make sure it is made right. They did let me make my bowl again, but I had to wait to get while everyoneelse was eating. I honestly wish the food was not so pricey. ???? I don't think I will go back very often, if ever. Horrible experience. 1 waitress for the whole place at lunch. She was extremely rude. Came over and just asked what size bowls... we wanted. Nothing else. We said our drink order and still didn't bring them until we came back from Making our bowls. She stoodbehind us the entire time and refused to come around the table. She dropped our food and drinks off on the corner instead of infront of us. Upon paying, I received a military discount but had a $10 redemption coupon and she refused to use it. Said shecouldn't use 2 discounts. So I asked her to take the military off and she said she couldn't. Read more
Food and drinks were unbelievable, as well as the service. Our waitress Leslie was amazing and so sweet! My fiance and I will be... coming back here. It is healthy as long as you make the right choices. There's a giant selection of meats, veggies, and sauces. Read more
Had a great dinner at this location, Josh our server was very polite and friendly, he gave great suggestions on drinks and food.... The food was very delicious and satisfying, we enjoyed the $5 margarita and the Blue Dragon which my wife loved. Thanks for thegreat experience. Read more
First off the menu was confusing and the food was just ok. I was supposed to get sides of cabbage but I couldn?t find them in... the meal. The shrimp were not clean and just an overall bad service. The waitress seemed like she wanted us out of there andinstead of asking if we wanted refills . She asked if we wanted to go drinks and boxes to go. Rude. Do not go. Read more
Came here last night around 8pm (they close at 9) and i was greeted and seated immediately, wasn?t rushed or pressured to make... any decision. The hospitality of our server Leslie made the food exceptionally better. I was a little disappointed at theportioning for the bases but Leslie explain that we had the option to add an extra portion of rice for .99 or noodles for 1.99.Will be coming soon again with the rest of my family.
