Went to buy a pound of Chicharrón Crujiente and seem to receive less than usual. Usually 1lb is 2 big cups, I Received 1 Big... and 1 small. So I can't say if they're good or price as I didn't buy one. The gorditas are tiny. Which doesn'teven out completely with the price. If you buy 3 of these tiny gorditas, all three will be about the size of 1 you buy somewhereelse for 5 TO 6 dollars. And these are closer to $7 each if you do size comparison/Value. You do need to eat several of theseto get full. The beans are very liquidy. Beans in Bulk are very cheap. If their beans were not liquidy and they at least putplenty of beans then my rating would be much higher. But that is not the situation. To me it seems they are being extremelywise to reel people in but lowkey give them a bad value, being tricky. Water down beans was a big red flag. The sweet gorditawas good. But overall price, size, taste, value comparison. They manage two star rating on my end. I can see how people caneasily give it 5 stars. Because the food is ok tasting and they're looking at the $2 flat price which is not the case. Again,comparisons of portion/size value. And how they water down their beans greatly affects my reasoning to give them a lowrating. MESSAGE TO OWNERS: BUY BEANS IN LARGE BULK. THEY ARE CHEAP COST. This review is about customer service. The food is 10 stars, but when you have a staff that clearly does not want to help you or... make you feel welcome it definitely brings down the joy for the food. I called early and asked what time they closed ( Sebastiantold me 9pm) since we drove from out of town to eat here. We walked in and he stared at us like we weren?t suppose to be there.(Made it in @8:15) I get it you want to go home but one family just left and we walked in after. He rudely took our order, wetold him we would eat there, he served our food in to go containers and told us they close the lobby @8:30 and we need to sit onright side only so he could clean around us a couple walked in after he took our order and there food was served for there. Wehurried up and ate and left. We will not be back to this location anymore. The food was amazing and when the ladies are workingthey are very nice. Give the ladies a raise and fire that guy. Sooooo tasty. Loved the small portions so we could taste a bunch. Very friendly staff.

I don't know about other locations since it's been a long time I've been to the one by North Star and it wasn't great. BUT this... one, it had some great flavor to it! Not only is the meat/main item well seasoned and flavor is what it should be but thetortilla itself! Someone from the office brought me some food from this place and went back a few days later to get dinner. Evenbuying each individually, the price will not break the bank! This are the best gorditas in town! After trying other places in each visit I really was surprised! This a very neat and clean... place. They serve fast. The gorditas looks little but very well stuffed ???? I recommend this to anyone who misses the realflavor of a good Mexican gordita. My favorite? Chicharron en salsa verde.???? Read more

Very tasty! Shown is a beans & cheese, pork, and beef. Their salsas are kept warm, and are medium on the spicy scale (in my... opinion). I came on a Tuesday and they had any 3 tortas and a drink for $8.49. I recommend trying this restaurant! Read more
