My husband really wanted to try Grimaldi?s, so we decided to try it out on a Saturday night. It didn?t look super busy, but it... was. I think people were walking around until their tables were ready. It was about 45min-1hr wait for us to get seated and45ish minutes for us to get our pizza. We did get a starter too, which was served quickly. The staff was super friendly and ourserver was very kind. She was super helpful and very professional, and she gave us great recommendations. We ordered The Don,the bruschetta trio, a sprite, sweet tea, and the Grimaldi?s soda-strawberry flavor. Luckily, our started was free because wesigned-up for the rewards program, and I downloaded the app. The only problem that I found was the bathroom. It was reallydirty, so I just washed my hands and left. Overall, the restaurant had a friendly atmosphere, and we enjoyed the food.Additionally, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We eat at Grimaldis frequently. Service and food are usually very good. Today, not so much. We like a nice little char on the... pizza, but this is ridiculous. Both pies were sloppy and burnt to a crisp. Almost inedible. I don?t know how the cooks or ourwaitress could let this out of the kitchen. She even stated this was the 3rd complaint today. No words to describe the outstanding flavors of Grimaldi's pizza. My absolute favorite and go to order is their Margherita Pizza... and Caesar salad! Wonderful combination. The sauce on the pizza is delicious and the basil is so fresh! We dined in toGrimaldi?s for a friend date! We both love it here. This time I chose to order my dates favorite which is The Don and I didn?tregret it! The Don is delicious! Of course, we ordered our go to - a Caesar salad because who makes them best other thanGrimaldi?s. I finally tried Peroni! Grimaldis pizza is our go to! We love the traditional , & margherita! The vibe inside the restaurant is beautiful, their decor... makes it feel so homey! The wait to dine is usually long , but worth it. One thing they could work on is answering phones? theynever answer them ! Read more

This place was super hot so hot ice in drink just melt!! Was 96 outside n felt cooler outside I can only imagine how much... hotter it was in restaurant with the coal oven. Got our pizza boxed it n left. My baby got all red my girl got all red from heatand we just waited for our pizza! Should of opened garage doors if a/c not work or at least advice customers n give them thatoption to stay but at least warn families especially ones with babies!! This was by far best pizza I've had in Texas yet... Being from Chicago that says alot! Service was good ,food arrived quickly ,... atmosphere was comfortable & all for an affordable price. Cons- NO RANCH DRESSING! LOL for Texans that's not ok lol Read more

The pizza here is delicious. It took a while to get the pizza but it was worth the wait. The crust is medium thin and the... right amount of soft crunchy. I know how that sounds but you would have to try it to understand. The tomato sauce is rich andsmooth, not acidic on your taste buds. They let you add toppings to half the pizza and different toppings to the other half. The place is casual and it?s open space so it gets pretty loud.
