Such a good experience here!! The young lady who took our order was SO friendly and awesome. I believe her name was Viviana (or... something like that) and she was hilarious. I went with 4 friends and we had multiple orders but she was quick and rememberedall our names. Food was delicious and a lot more filling than we thought. We ordered too much but it was so good. Absolutely in love with Gueritos! First off not gonna lie I have never had birria any where else, but this place just satisfies... every part of me. Everything is delicious birria tacos, quesobirria tacos , the quesadillas the consome && the aguas. The staffis always so friendly and really get to know their regulars . For a family owned business they really take customers intoconsideration. They always open on time and let you know in advance about changes . I?ve been to small taco trucks or snacktrucks and they are closed or hours are all mixed up. But not here ,they are consistent and that?s how you make clientele. We had been wanting to try this place since they opened, finally went this evening and were so disappointed. Our quesa tacos had... like 2 strings of cheese in them and the tacos were not "crispy". The consome wasn't even red and didn't add anything to thetaste of the tacos, just made the tacos even softer. We are literally HOOKED on this place! I?ve been going almost every weekend! I get the Queso birria tacos, with a consommé, and... either pineapple or cucumber ?dressed? agua fresca. My mouth is watering just talking about it now! They are one of the bestBirria taco trucks I?ve had yet!!! The only thing I wish they had, was cilantro by itself. Their cilantro is mixed with choppedonions and I am not an onion person but I need cilantro in my tacos. Other than that great food/drinks and the staff is sofriendly! More locations PLEASE!!! Fabulous food! The birria tacos are phenomenal. The meat is tender and flavorful. The tortillas are a great addition to the... filling?doesn?t take anything away but adds to the overall flavor experience. The Strawberry upgrade was so Delicious! Not toosweet and very refreshing. The quesadilla was good however we liked the tacos the best. Nice outside area for a warm summernight to sit and listen to the music, relax, and enjoy some great food! Highly recommend this food truck! Definitely going backto try the Hot Chicken next. (And get more tacos!) Read more
