We were seated right away and our server, Kaldija, was super nice and attentive. The food was ok, but slightly cold. I had a ham... and cheese melt with fries and my husband had the Colorado Omelet. This establishment needs to be remodeled or at leastthoroughly cleaned. The walls and floors need to be cleaned, the restroom needs to be updated, and there's a bad odor that mademe nauseated. My mother and I went to have breakfast for dinner on 9/8/22 and there were 5-6 tables and ONE employee. His name is Jesus. He... seated patrons, took their order AND prepared their food. This location is TOP TIER! People might sleep on the Eastside, but My server Max and ALL of the waitstaff were consistently... checking on us. Never had to ask for a thing! I literally sat down and watched some of the best waiting in a diner in a longtime. The food was fresh and delicious. I made sure to thank my server and manager, they literally almost made me tear up!Excellent, I will definitely be coming back to this location. These guys work so hard. The service was amazing today. The entire team including servers, kitchen staff, and managers were impeccable. It was like... watching a well oiled machine at work. Special thanks to the manager Jesus who went out of their way to assure our diningexperience was great. Additionally, our server was excellent and we never had to ask for a thing. Place was dirty from the ground to the ceiling. You can see Spider web hanging every where on the kitchen. Bathroom are a... disaster. The food.... OMG I never seen pancakes like those.... the waitress messed up my order and just blamed the cook. Manager on duty was no where to find. Read more
I came with my family at around 8:30pm 12/10/22 to find a single waitress. There looked to be two tables occupied with 3 people.... We were asked to have a seat and wait while she "got caught up on" her current tables and she would then seat us. We waiting forabout 15-20 minuets. In that time 3 other groups of customers came in, waited a little bit and then left. While we waited thelone waitress brought out drinks to one table. The rest of the time she looked to just be standing around. I tend to be apatient person when dealing with the service community. This was the first time I have ever walked out of a restraunt because ofthe service or lack of. I could have tolerated if the service was slow and could have been understanding of the waitress tryingto work a floor alone. But instead I felt almost insulted as my family was not even seated at a table. We left and drove 6 milesto the next IHOP which was much busier and we're seated immediately and received our food in less time that I spent waiting atthis IHOP to even be seated. I can't say this particular IHOP is bad but our experience last night was horrible and borderlineinsulting. Read more
