Greeted by a pleasant hostess with a smile! If you?re anyone who goes anywhere you understand why this meant so much. My... waitress Rosario came to my table immediately. She took my drink order and I received it quickly. She took my food order againalso with a smile and happy tone. My food came out fast and hot. Everything was prepared as requested. Everything tasted great.I noticed even the busboy had a great attitude and was vigilantly cleaning. Waitress Rosario continued to check if I neededanything up to asking for the ticket. If I could give zero stars I would. I don?t even know where to begin?was just there between 11pm-12 (8/1). Our waitress was the... same girl that came to seat us. Nobody was at the host stand. Instead of immediately taking our drink order, she walked away andtook 10 minutes to come back. Took another 10 minutes to bring our 3 waters. After our order was taken and waters brought out,we never saw her again. There were only 3 other tables there at the time. They gave my daughter fries instead of applesauce, andthe hash browns that I asked to be slightly browned were extra crispy. We never got refills on the water. Had to flag her downfor the check when she finally emerged from the kitchen. Then she went to the back again without coming back for payment. I sawone employee walk by with fuzzy open toe slippers on! Absolutely disgusting!! There were multiple people at the front waiting tobe seated, but nobody was ever around. However, you could see and hear multiple girls in the kitchen. I finally had to walk upto the kitchen opening and yell, ?excuse me? twice to get someones attention. I got the Fresh Blueberry French Toast with Potato Pancakes, and Sausage links. The French toast was lack luster, texture with... grainy and there was no flavor in the toast also the number of blue berries was less then optimal. The Potatoe Pancakes had noseason or traditional ingredients in it other then Shredded potatoes. Never got a refill on either of my drinks and juiceselection was poor as only OJ and Apple was avaliable. Also for me no peanut butter at a breakfast place is a sin. Won't be backto this location. It?s very busy place. But still the waiting time was not too long. We were given a corner seat but still they were very good in... serving us. They didn?t miss out us or our order. Very delicious as always. Read more

Came here on October 24th for breakfast just after 8am. They were not busy and we were seated right away. The waitress, Makenzy... was great. The food, not so good. Most everything was over cooked. Pancakes nearly burnt, scrambled eggs were dry and crumbly,most of the bacon was burnt. I feel like we were given scrapings from the grill, crumbs, leftovers from earlier guests. Had the Salisbury Steak dinner, with the mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli with butter. That steak was... very tasty. The gravy and mushrooms added so much to the dish. Gravy was smooth and thick; it coated the steak so well. Theloaded mashed potatoes, had just enough seasoning. Salt and pepper was just right. Wait Staff were extremely attentive, to myneeds.
