Our waiter didn't check in on us and took too long to take our order. We ordered appetizers and some breakfast food because we... were very hungry and our appetizers came out about the same time as our main order (which was also about 20 minutes after weordered). When they gave us our food, they forgot my pancakes, overcooked the hashbrowns and gave me the smallest chicken friedsteak (without gravy) I'd ever seen. Not sure why there's so many low reviews! I came here with a group of 9, and the staff was very attentive, friendly, and had a... good atmosphere with each other and us as customers. The food was very nicely cooked and seasoned, and we had no issues with anyof our orders. I myself got the gluten friendly pancakes and did not get an upset stomach afterwards, which shows to me thatthey pay careful attention to what people are ordering. The food was pretty good, but a bit expensive (for what it is). They have changed the menu quite a bit in the past couple of... years. They no longer keep all of the different varieties of syrup on the tables. If you want other syrup, you have to ask forit. Our waitress was nice and attentive. It?s a good place to take kids, but make sure you go during the family discount times?or else you?ll end up spending more than you thought you would. Read more
Brought the kids here after church last week. Our waitress was good in the beginning, but when she took her orders she didn?t... write them down my daughter and her friend ordered chocolate chip pancakes but she brought them the double chocolate chippancakes we ask for more coffee she only gave me one refill and didn?t give my daughter any took forever to get a refill on ourwater we just had to keep asking for everything she ignored our table after we got our food and another waiter had to get herattention for me after waiting over 20 minutes to get my bill she then had a bit of attitude . Had to adjust to the new process. No syrup or cream and sugar on the tables. The servers wore masks and very attentive. IHOP... seem to be back to normal processing. Still short of cooks and waitresses. But the food was good. Read more
We came here for breakfast today, October 7th. They were not busy and we were seated right away. We were given a stack of... napkins and silverware, but it had some kind of dirt all over it. I immediately pointed it out to the waitress and sheapologized and said it came from the vent in the ceiling and has happened before. I highly recommend they clean the ductworkand vents to ensure a clean eating and cooking environment. Ductwork tends to get moldy too. As for the food, it was decent, notgreat, but ok I guess. The scrambled eggs were a bit dry and crumbly. You could see bits and pieces of burnt food scrap in them,which is probably from the griddle not being cleaned very good. The hash browns were dry and crumbly. The sausage and bacon wasa overcooked and a little burnt. I could see counter where the waitstaff was doing final prep on the dishes and they were usingtheir bare hands to sprinkle whatever on the dishes. Couple days ago we stopped for breakfast with my son & his wife back from Korea. I've got to say that our waitress was the best... I've encountered in over 60 years. Cabresha was a burst of sunshine that brighten our day, her attention and interaction shouldbe the model for all others. The food was great and service excellent. Keep up the great service. Read more
