Solida was our server...hope I spelled that right ....we usually avoid this IHOP because service is usually slow...haven't been... there in a few months so we decided to try it out again...we sat down right away and Soleda got everything we needed. Me and mywife ordered the breakfast sampler and the NEW split decision. So we had French toast and pancakes eggs, sausage, ham, hashbrowns, we had it all... so that we had it all and could share together....the coffee was perfect...I like how they keep themcoffee pitcher there on your table. Everything was delicious and I wish I knew the name of the cook because... compliments tothe chef...eating for two average costs $40...we left a tip for the busboy who was kind to us and and a tip for thewaitress...we decided we will be back again soon ...clean establishment...didnt get a chance to check the restrooms, plenty ofparking...thanks so much. Our server Linda was the best, she as sat us super fast, and was very attentive even though she had quite a few tables. Made us... feel like we were her only ones and of course the food was great. Read more
Food was delicious, service is terrible. I'm not sure how many times I had to ask for them to refill my coffee and bring me a... cup of water. They are so disorganized they had our waiter serving and using the front register. They expect you to leave a tipbut not for that kind of service. The manager also looks at you like she is debating to ask you if everything is OK, she isalways hiding. Read more
I decided to treat myself to some French toast and wanted to try the curbside pickup for the first time so I could enjoy it at... home. I ordered it online and arrived 5 minutes before the estimated time the order would be ready. I texted them I had arrived,and I tried to call several times with no answer. I waited for about 20 minutes before I walked in and spoke to an employeeabout my curbside pickup. She said it would be out shortly. I waited another 25 minutes. I called again. No answer. I waited 10more minutes. Called again. Someone finally picked up and I asked them to cancel it because it was probably cold. He apologizedand said he?ll take care of it. I walked in to see if they needed my card to refund my bill, and they brought out the managerand he said no, they send it off to the office or somewhere and they take care of it. I asked what happened to my order, was iteven made at all? He said yes, but no one thought to bring it out. He apologized again, and I left over an hour after I firstplaced the order empty handed and disappointed. Read more
It is really nice to go but I only visited in the night time twice, late at night around one in the morning and three in the... morning. But the staff are very nice, at night that is, and they look cool sitting next to you getting comfortable like we allof the sudden are buddies. I like that, this one guy didn't need a notepad to get down our order, even though ours was easy.2x2x2 is great, pancakes are the main reason I want a plate with hotcakes. Recommend the nightly shift but staff management seempeachy to me. Read more

I have been to a lot of IHOPs in my day. This experience at 4:30 in the morning was the most pleasurable experience I've ever... had. Breakfast was so good.Tyler our server happens to be one of the most enjoyable people we have had the pleasure of beinginvolved in him being our person to take care of our table. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you do not walk intothis IHOP and ask for Tyler oh, possibly one of the best servers my family and I have come across. We eat out all the time andthis young man was possibly the most professional and cordial person working as a server that we have ever encountered. Doyourself a favor and ask for Tyler. Read more
When we arrived, a man came up, looked at us & was going to walk off and asked how many were in our party? Told him 3 & he said,... "Oh, that's going to be a while." & then walked off. I thought he worked in the back, but he went around the corner & got atables order. It was 12 a.m., so I'm not sure what that was about. Maybe only wanted to deal with big tables? ??????????? Wewaited a few minutes another lady came out of the restroom & asked how many, got menus & follow me. We sat down, and she tookour drink order. Came back with our hot chocolates & proceeded to take our order. My hot chocolate was delicious. My son &friends were watered down, with no chocolate taste or sweet. We asked for new ones & our waitress gladly brought out new ones.Food didn't take long & was hot & delicious. Our waitress was so sweet, courteous, friendly, and just a nice, friendly person.
