Everytime we?ve come the service is honestly really bad. The host is always at the front on her phone or just talking to someone... instead of helping or addressing customers. The managers need to get on top of it and start doing something because I?ve neveronce seen a night manager, or even a shift lead. Genuinely do NOT recommend this location by any means, you?ll sit there for tenminutes before someone even acknowledges you instead of their phones even when you?re the only customers. Read more
The only reason I gave this place 3 stars was because of the service. Food was very delicious. When I walked in it was clearly... not very busy. I had to wait to be acknowledged or seated. The people in front of me were waiting even longer. When I got tothe table the waitress was prompt at getting the drink and food order. Food came out quickly. After the food was out thewaitress did not stop by the table until it was time to give the check. I had no drink for over half of the meal. Not only didshe not come by no other waiter or waitress passed my table the whole time. The people in the table next to me had a problemwith their order and had to get up to flag someone down just to get it fixed. They had a different waitress than I did. When Iwent to pay I told the lady about the bad service and she just shrugged and said oh well, sorry. Our server was Monica and she was great! She was very tentative to our needs without us asking our 2 year old is special needs ... and it?s a lot when we go out together with her she?s very sensitive, we also had our 10 month old our 7 yr old and herfriend. This was probably the saddest side salad I've ever seen. When I asked to swap it for fruit, our server said they were out (now... that's out of the server's control so I can't really gripe about that.) The turkey sandwich and omelet were decent, but myhusband's hash browns were cold and he never once got a refill of tea. On a slow Tuesday night, I'm not expecting the server tospend their time in my lap but at least pay a little more attention to us. Read more
The waitress was awful and expect more tip as watch while I was going write down. Did make tiny mistake on the order she got... angry. The manger correct it as say in politely way I am sorry.
