I'm a protein freak you have to try the protein pancake excellent. The service very professional. The food is always warm need... to taste the steak. My only issue there was one of the employee smoking outside and had the door open where he was smoking andthat smoke came in to the restaurant. excellent service, excellent food overall will go there. Took my beautiful wife for breakfast. The location on San Pedro is nasty and terrible service, so went to 1604 location. Wow,... what a difference. Clean, great staff, excellent food and just a great breakfast. I had the Breakfast Sampler (2 eggs, 2 ham,2 sausage, 2 bacon and pancakes). Highly recommend this location. Outstanding! Read more
Just like home when you're tired and need coffee as you're spouse is at the next door medical clinic getting help. The staff is... welcoming and checked on me often as I sat and watched videos. Waitress was very nice and helpful. Read more
Our server Ally was incredible but we waited close to an hour for our food, it came right as we were about to walk out. The... bacon was so burnt it was black. Everyone in the restaurant was waiting forever! I felt bad for our sweet server because they?rethe ones who have to deal with angry customers while it?s the fault of incompetent cook staff. Read more
They are extremely short staffed, we waited 45mins for a to go order. One order was burnt, and the manager refused to come to... the front to discuss or attempt to correct the order. There is only one young gentleman trying to wait tables, and manage thefront all by himself. A real manager would be out front attempting to help their team not hiding in the back. This could havebeen easily resolved with simple communication and customer service. Read more

This is my new favorite iHop in town! Amazing service, yummy food, and accomodated my substitution with ease. Even the tap water... tastes good. If it wasn't so far from me, I'd give 5 stars, but that Stone Oak traffic is a pain. Read more
This was a really nice IHOP! As you might expect from the location, I suppose. It was arranged in an uncrowded setup, and the... atmosphere was clean and bright. Service was quick, friendly, and competent. Food was good, and I felt comfortable that mygluten allergy was handled safely. Great place for pancakes (and other things). Read more
