Got to the drive thru at 6:30 took the girl about 10 minutes to take my order. I?m a patient person especially in these times of... being short staffed. i?ve been there i get it. i also ordered breakfast food at night so i understood it might take a littlelonger. we got our drinks from the window. keep in mind the order was only one meal with two drinks. i took me walking in andasking for my order 30 minutes later for them to actually make the food. i literally stood there and watched. That?s ridiculous.it took them 36 minutes to take and give me my order. that?s extremely excessive and ridiculous. Was supposed to be a sour dough jack, I guess they make what they want , and you just have to take it. I was on lunch from work... so I couldn't go back and get what I ordered. They weren't busy , so Idk how they messed up my simple order. 1 sour doughjack just the sandwich and 2 orders of tacos. I guess thats why I really don't eat jack in the crack much. Stopped in this Vance Jackson location a few weeks ago while visiting my brother. I live in Alabama but I used to really like... Jack in the Box in the 90s when I lived in Texas. I ordered a Sourdough Jack in the drive-thru and couldn't believe what I got.It was the worst looking hamburger ever and did not resemble a Sour Dough Jack at all. I went into the store and asked themanager and all employees if they felt like I had received a $7 burger. They shook their head no and yet the manager said therewas nothing he could do. I sent a direct message to their facebook account and somebody told me to fill out the online commentform. I'm not interested in chasing this around so I'll just post here to show you what you will get with Jack in the Box in2022. See photos below of what it should be and what I received. Ordered for delivery. Everything was burned andthe grease was rancid. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was fried and on... sourdough bread. Couldn't eat anything in this order. Seriously, change out your grease and take stuff out of when it's done.Shouldn't be too hard to get orders right. And please learn to include sauce when requested. Was behind 1 car for 25minutes. I had 2 orders of tacos and 1 mini tacos. Got to window my order was ready probably 15 minutes ... my crisp tacos were so soggy really horrible most places make cars pull through not jack in the box my dog got our supper we atesandwiches chosing a different jack next time. I waited 30min in the drive thru only to have the night cook say he wasn't taking any orders but on line only. Very rude when he... answered us complained about us honking I don't know how you Stay in business. 6 cars left behind us. I will never eat at yourplace again. We pulled up to the window just so he could ignore. Bad service. If the drive thru was closed he should have putup a sign. I work in fast food and we are always short staffed but we know how to treat customers like people not like problems. We ended up eating at a taco stand and spending over 30 dollars . This is why they're stingy with the hot sauce they hardly put anything in the tacos. These tacos are pathetic don't come here if... you want tacos. Why do employees act like condiments are coming out of their pay check? Why do they skimp on the tacos? I was the only one in line, waited 17 min for a sandwich and 4 tacos, the lady had left the window open and couldn't see anyone... preparing my food. It was almost like they all left to go hide somewhere then came back after break and prepared my food whilecleaning and did not have any gloves nor wash their hands.
