As soon as we got in, the staff greeted us. They were all very courteous and attentive. A few minutes after we started eating,... one of them came to our table to ask if the food was good. It was my first time visiting and since I'm pregnant my husband toldthem I needed to get the hot meats. Staff said that in the future they can definitely heat up any meat for me too. I went to therestroom and they were very clean. That honestly says a lot from a place. My sandwich was very good and stuffed. I didn't get tofinish it so will be eating the left overs later today. This review isn't for the food. The food is outstanding and delicious. This is for one staff member in particular. I wish they... wore name tags. He seemed to be a manager as he was the oldest. A white gentleman with very low cut short hair. He was workingtoday (May 10, 2022 at around 6 pm) so I hope the owner sees this and takes corrective action The way he talked to his otherstaff members was completely disrespectful and not needed. It seemed like one member was newer as she was asking a few questionshere and There about how to do things. He was entirely too rude to her and almost belittling. It's one thing to do it ingeneral, but another to do it in front of customers in the store (about 5 of us). There was also another gentleman staff memberwho seemed pretty young and he talked to him the same exact way. A customer asked for 2 sandwiches and they made 2 correct andrandomly made a 3rd. When the customer tried to tell this manager that he didn't order it, the manager threw his hand up andtold him to calm down they'd fix it. Unprofessional. I went to pay and unfortunately I didn't see the sign on the pin pad aboutnot tapping, as I'm so used to doing it so that is in fact my mistake and my apologies for not seeing it, but to talk down to meabout how if your system does down it will be down for 10 minutes and pretty much scold me, is crossing the line. I'm not surewhat this gentleman's problem is but he clearly created a hostile work environment for his team mates and I hope they up channelto the proper department. I ordered the #44 tub, payed extra meat extra cheese $14 and this is what I got, I went back and double checked with them... because I've ordered this at other locations in the past and it was not this skimpy. When I tried to talk to the lady at thecounter she wouldn't even look at the bowl. She was insistent that it was double. Did not appreciate that at all. Read more
