Tried this location again and it still dissapointed. I got a regular veggie sub. It was just bread with 3 cucumber slices, 3... tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and a small blob of avocado. It has no meat so it should have more than 3 of each veggie. Read more
They didn't have the meat to make half of the menu. They also had summer advertisements up for wraps that they apparently no... longer offer. We were shot down for 3 of the 5 orders we were trying to place due to them no having the ingredients. Read more
Got here just before 8pm store closes at 10pm. They were out of regular bread and all chips. They had only lil johns left. We... ordered three of them. They charged us regular sandwich price with the justification of they used the regular portions. Also nolids for the cups. Feel bad for the team here with the managers inability to order it puts them in a tough position. I?m 99%certain I got way overcharged. Read more

Love Jimmy John?s, so this pains me to say this location is seriously lacking in the management department. They didn?t have the... Kickin? Ranch prepped, and the manager refused me a refund for the 2 ranch I was supposed to have. Offered me a different item,but the sandwich isn?t the same without the ranch. So I have to eat my meal without it because they aren?t prepping for the dayproperly. I used to work at a Jimmy John?s, and it isn?t supposed to operate this way. Read more
Jimmy John's is good. However this location disappointed me. I did an online order. I asked for extra lettuce and hot peppers... but didn't get any. The bread wasn't fresh. It was crunchy so you could tell it had been sitting out for hours. I won't begoing back to this location. Read more
Been to this Jimmy John?s location several times and have never received bad service, the employees are always polite and their... sandwiches always fresh. I had the Billy Club with a deli pickle, great combination by the way. Thanks to the Jimmy John?s crewat the Alamo Ranch location. Read more
I get there at 8:20PM and the store closes at 10:00PM. One crew member is cleaning the other two are talking with in the back.... The cashier tells me we only have two lil johns left?! How can they only have two lil johns left when there?s still a hour andfourth minutes till closing. The kids that work they want to get paid to do nothing i guess.
