Food was good as usual however I placed an order online for pick up so I went in and watched everyone who walked in after me get... served before me. I had to get the employees attention and ask if about my order even though they saw me standing there I wasnever offered any help or asked if I needed anything. The employees were too busy talking sports than following the order inwhich the orders were placed. What's the point in placing an order ahead of time if I'm still going to have to wait till peoplethat ordered after me are served before me!? Not very happy and no one seemed to care or even apologize when I pointed this out.Too many other places around with good customer service to deal with this. Read more

So I made an order online for pick-up because they have a promotion for 20% off doing so. I paid through the app, which I have... done plenty of times. I get there and they tell me I haven't paid for my food, so I show them that it went through on my bankaccount. The lady in the front wasn't sure how to handle this, so needed to call her GM to figure how to handle it. Accordingto her GM, since it was pending on my end, and it didn?t go through on their end, I had to pay for it again, but they were goingto void out the first charge showing on my end and said it would fall off. I was a little hesitant to do this, because the logicdid not make sense. Just because it's pending doesn't mean it didn't go through. But whatever I decided I would pay for itanyhow because we were there, I was hungry and that's basically the only option she gave me. The icing on the cake was shevoided it out then rang up my same order and then tells me that it?s going to be more or less $10 more because they couldn?thonor the promotion. I know for a fact that they could have somehow honored it or gave me some type of discount. The wholereason I went there to pick it up was because of the discount. How do they say that they are not at fault for the charges goingthrough and then they decide they want to charge me more and not honor the nationwide promotion. It was ridiculous, unorganizedand this was two days ago and the charge is still pending on my account which should have been voided out. I probably would?vegiven five stars because I love that place and I haven?t really had too many issues with my orders, but that was just awful andI felt like they were not trying to take care of their customer at all. This location is horrible. We have ordered several times from here- IF we go in and order no problems. However, when we order... through the app there is always a problem. When we have addressed the problem with staff they have laughed it off. Mostrecently requested bacon to be added and cheese to be removed from a sandwich -- it came WITH cheese and NO bacon. The LAST time I will ever order avocado spread on any sandwich here, much less a ?side order? of AVO! Granted I got this one as... a ?reward? but this is less than acceptable. This location in particular is my go to for lunch, and thinking I?d be spontaneousone day and add AVO spread, it looked more like half of what they so kindly rewarded me with on each side of a gargantuansandwich. My first thought was ok maybe someone had a bad day and didn?t care about my sandwich. Let it go. But this? Come onguys, I?d be very unhappy if I?d paid $1.50 for that. Unfortunately, first time here, they got my order wrong. Paid extra for giant size, cheese, avocado. Ordered two sandwiches. One... worked, the other did not. I expect such incompetency from fast food high school students. Thought they were different. Ithought wrong. Nothing against other locations I frequent, nothing against the high quality fresh sandwiches. Only against thisfirst impression. Read more

Decent sandwiches, but sub par customer service. I always place my order on the mobile app, but they never seem to follow... instructions. They definitely never update you when your order is ready. I just show up because they aren't using the app ontheir end properly. What is the point of an order notification system if the employees don't utilize it? I gave this location 5 stars because they are working so hard over there. I ordered my meal online for delivery but it was over... 30 mins and still hadn't arrived. So I call and they had such a high volume of orders for delivery it was causing delays. So Imade sure my order wasn't out so I could just pick it up. And when I got there they had a stack of orders and were trying sohard to fulfill them. They need to be recognized for their hard work because it looked like they were short staffed. Just likemost businesses today. So guys keep up the good work this customer appreciates it. Read more
