Unfortunately.. yesterdays location visit was terrible. S-L-O-W as could be service. & we were the Only 2 people in the... restaurant at the time, qith 2 girls behind the counter. Then. Had to ask for a knife to cut sandwiches, had to ask fornapkins, had to answer several times on what we ordered & it Stoll wasn'tright., etc. On top of that, the bread was Stale. Weare so disappointed ???? I am Not a complainer, but have never had it so bad at other locations. Read more
My company has ordered from this location several times and every time we have waited for well over an hour and have had to call... and follow up every time. Even now, we are 5 mins from the store and they called saying they were on their way? 15 mins ago. Weorder to have our food for lunch time and now several of us and our clients with disabilities are going back to work hungry.Never had this problem with other locations. Do better. Read more
New Management: Don't let past reviews fool you. This place is under new management and things run smooth. Quick polite... courteous service and great food. Food was fresh and ready quickly and accurate. Restaurant was clean and organized. Highlyrecommend coming here. Chris is a great manger and the staff here really take care of the customers like they should. Lookingforward to my return to this location. Read more
Nice place, clean, and friendly staff. Sandwiches are good, even though I think Jimmy John's bread is a bit hard. The potato... chips come in a large bag, unlike some of the other sandwich shops whose bags are very small. Read more
Last time I was here they didnt have pickles no biggie. Today they dont have turkey, then after having to change my order, im... informed they have no cheese afterive paid and waited for my order. The explanation is a bad evening manager. This is kindabasic stuff, multiple times of not having some basic things put this location in question. There wont be a 3rd time sadly. Read more

Never have an issue with the sandwich or politeness of the staff. This evening was the 2nd time i have ordered a sandwich to be... delivered and they can't deliver because of no delivery driver. If you're going to offer delivery, it would be wise to ha medrivers to deliver. There are those of us who are truck drivers that don't have the luxury to just go pick up a meal and parkjust anywhere.
