I always put online orders for the convenience of getting my orders quicker. Today is a different story. I put my order in at... 12:06pm. Order was received at 12:07pm. I called in around 12:30pm to see what was going on. It usually takes about 20 minutesto get my order from the time I submit it on the app. They said they had no drivers available. My order was not out for deliveryuntil 12:49pm. At 1:07pm, exactly an hour when my order was received, I called again because it had been 18 minutes since myorder left for delivery. They said it will be 5 minutes for delivery. It's been 10 minutes and still nothing. I had wasted myentire lunch hour waiting for what is advertised as freaky fast delivery. More like freaky slow. Been 70 minutes now. Canceledmy order. Never getting delivery from here again. Also, my work is only 4 minutes away. I would've picked it up, but I amcurrently having car troubles which is why I opted for delivery instead. Never again. Update: Called again and they said thedriver just came back in and delivered it. I was waiting at the front and it never got here. How did he deliver it and wherebecause I never saw anyone. I asked the receptionist and she never saw any deliveries come in. So who got my food.
