I always put online orders for the convenience of getting my orders quicker. Today is a different story. I put my order in at... 12:06pm. Order was received at 12:07pm. I called in around 12:30pm to see what was going on. It usually takes about 20 minutesto get my order from the time I submit it on the app. They said they had no drivers available. My order was not out for deliveryuntil 12:49pm. At 1:07pm, exactly an hour when my order was received, I called again because it had been 18 minutes since myorder left for delivery. They said it will be 5 minutes for delivery. It's been 10 minutes and still nothing. I had wasted myentire lunch hour waiting for what is advertised as freaky fast delivery. More like freaky slow. Been 70 minutes now. Canceledmy order. Never getting delivery from here again. Also, my work is only 4 minutes away. I would've picked it up, but I amcurrently having car troubles which is why I opted for delivery instead. Never again. Update: Called again and they said thedriver just came back in and delivered it. I was waiting at the front and it never got here. How did he deliver it and wherebecause I never saw anyone. I asked the receptionist and she never saw any deliveries come in. So who got my food. Looks likesomeone got free lunch today. I even put the name of the business. You have to be very special to screw that one up. Read more

This is the worse Jimmy John's I've ever been to..! The tomatoes were old..! I asked for alives pickles and peppers, the... worker told me they didn't have alives, pickles and peppers...! I also asked for mustard not mayo..! They only had packets ofmustard...! I checked my order, no mustard...! So if you like your sandwich without all the fixings this is the place togo...!! Read more

I ordered a slim 4 giant turkey and provolone only. Get back to the office was charged for a diffrent sandwich and came with... turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and cheese. I get it if your busy and are worried bout getting your online orders filled butlisten to what I'm ordering and charge me correctly. Read more

90 minutes for delivery. Store told me it was en route 45 minutes before it arrived?from 1.5 miles away. Reached out to get... refund and cancel order at the site they keep repeating on this review page but nobody ever responded. Can?t expect freaky fastin this climate just a little honesty about the situation would be good. Read more

Love Jimmy John?s but not this location. I ordered an hour in advance and requested delivery for a certain time, it still took... an additional 45 mins to arrive! Every time I order from this location I am always missing items! It?s super inconvenient tomiss my lunch because of the no so fast delivery! Read more

Going at this review from a different take. I love JJ?s and have been a consistent fan for at least the past 10 years as they... have always been prompt in their service and delivery. Had a different experience on 2/28 when I ordered delivery and waited alittle over an hour for my food. At first, I was upset that this institution of consistency had ?wronged? me in not beingcomplaint to their freaky fast business motto. I did the normal thing a whiny customer would do and called the store to get anupdate and huffed in displeasure when they told me they were down to 1 delivery driver and it would be some time until I got myfood. Now, I was relatively close to JJ?s and could?ve easily drove to the restaurant and saved the trouble of having a drivermeet me at the location I was at. However, I opted for lazy and decided it would be more convenient to have the food deliveredwith the expectation of the food being freaky fast. I eventually got my food from the driver, and I noticed that this driver wasrunning to location I was at, not walking, but running. The driver apologized to me for the wait and went about their day. Atthis moment I realized that, obviously, this wasn?t the drivers fault nor was it the restaurants fault. We all are facingchallenges in our lives brought upon us by external factors that we have no bearing over, and we could all afford to be moreempathic to one another. At the end of the day, the driver and the restaurant are probably facing staff shortages and otherchallenges that hinder their operations. What does my complaining and moaning do to help them be more efficient? Nothing at all.To wrap up this long winded review, I ask that before you go and trash a sandwich place for getting your order wrong, or causinga minor inconvenience in your life. Put yourself in the shoes of the person that you are condemning, and realize that the worlddoes not stop turning for a #11 with no tomatoes. Thanks all, be well and kind to each other. Read more

Definitely not freaky fast delivery! I live very close by and I always order well before my lunch break and rarely get to eat my... sandwich during my 35 minute break. Recently we waited 57 minutes for our order. Great food very fresh but order well in advanceand maybe have a snack before it arrives. Read more

JJ's is the best place for a quick lunch. The sandwiches (my faves being The Vito and The Turkey Tom) are a good size, a good... price, and are ready within 3 minutes of ordering. Plus, this location is totally clean! Read more
