We made a complaint to the manager named Ross at the location of Hillcrest and Fredericksburg and he did not want to apologize... for the length of when we received our food and he actually defended his cooks instead of taking the customers complaint. Thewaitress repeatedly apologized but the manager never dead I thought that was a little strange. The good thing about all this iswe don?t live near this location so we probably won?t be back and if anyone asks I will definitely tell them what we experiencethat day. Read more

The tables were all dirty, but our waiter Stephen cleaned ours right up and proceeded to give us awesome service. Spectacular... dinner served by a short staffed restaurant. Food was fresh and delicious. Read more
Service was a little skeptical at first. The guy who was helping other customers as they walked in disappeared when it was our... turn to be serviced. However, a woman proceeded to help us get seated and we didn't have any more service issues afterthat. When we got to the table, we did have to request for it to be cleaned because it didn't look like it had been properlywiped down, but our waitress took care of the right away. They had high chairs available for the kids so that was a plus. Thehot chocolate was delicious and was served at the perfect temperature! The food was great as well. One thing I would like tonote is that they don't offer free refills on orange juice. I would recommend this spot if you want a good, quick breakfast. Read more
