Just came from Dialysis and I was starving and had been seeing the ad on TV for the chicken n mac n cheese! Apparently had been... sitting there for awhile as the batter was tough and was barely luke warm as was the mac n cheese. This is the second time Ihave tried their chicken and it will be the last!!!! I called this restaurant because of the late hour, a little after 10:00 p.m., and pre-ordered a 8-piece fill up which includes... eight piece mixed chicken three sides and biscuits. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order I was told they don't offerthat even though it's on their menu and on their website to order from. I spoke with the manager who basically told me theydon't honor that they do what they want at that store and they don't serve those things. The worst part is I drove 11 milesacross town for KFC chicken and ended up going home with nothing. Read more
The reason for 1 star is that it was superrrrr hot inside. One of the employees said the AC has been down for 2 days!!! I can't... imagine working in the heat of the kitchen in August!! Take care of your employees! Read more

I have to say I've eaten KFC for many years until they started serving smaller pieces of chicken with expensive prices. So last... night my wife and I decided to go see what's all the hip hop about this chicken sandwich from KFC, We ordered two orders ofchicken sandwich (spicy). Well needless to say I was really disappointed ???? first of all our chicken was not spicy at all.Then it was filled with so much grease we could not eat it. ( Squeezed the chicken and grease just came out). To me I think whathappened was they already had chicken sandwich cooked and they redipped it to heat it up again leaving it way to greasy. It wasjust so awful ????????. Try to give it to my dogs and they would not even eat it. I guess I should of stuck to the real chickensandwich at Chick-fil-A . And on another note, no one smiles anymore. If you don't like your job go find another one. Such poorcustomer service at drive thru. Read more
Worst KFC in existence. Spent $40 on a 16 piece family meal. Got 2 drumsticks. They were glorified chicken wings. I'm not... exaggerating. They were tiny. Just got back from the location and when I opened the # 2 that I ordered, low and behold nothing. I had asked for three wings... (Ticket number 4578), white meat, but what I got was three actual chicken wings. The size of their wings were tiny. What a ripoff. I will never go back to this location. Read more
