Went through the drive-thru about 1:30. Food was fine but cashier at window was extremely unfriendly. She seemed bothered to... provide 2 straws. They left the pickles off my Nashville hot chicken. So I ordered the 12 piece family meal for pickup. I didn't mind the short wait upon arriving, but it definitely wasn't worth the... money spent. The one star is for everything being there, but that's where the good ends. The chicken was cold, soggy, incrediblygreasy, and very salty (Yes I understand that fried chicken is inherently greasy, but not like this). The bag was sealed so Ididn't check, but they didn't put the lid on correctly for one of the bowls of gravy, so I had gravy all in the bottom of thebag. Waited 30 minutes for our food after going through the drive thru when it wasn?t even busy. Every other person that walked in... had a very long wait as well, included those with mobile orders.
