Ordered online and arrived 10 mins after estimated time. They couldn't find my order and the older woman in front said "it'd be... ready soon" as if I hadn't just seen her and other employees trying to find my order. I asked "was it just not made?" Shelaughed and said "No, I gave your order to someone else." Like, how do you drop the ball that bad that you give 3 pizzas away tosomeone else? She tried to give me a free soda to compensate and I refused. I get accidents happen but she just handled it wrongand wasn't even apologetic until she saw i was visibly getting upset because she kept laughing and prodding for me to take thesoda. Reading other reviews I see this is a common problem here. Will just drive to a different location next time. Read more
Disgusting place my sister found a dead fly in her pizza after taking a bite. I bought 3 boxes of pizza and had to throw away
Workers are very rude when you call them and make you feel like you?re their biggest inconvenience. I work in the food service... myself and would never make my customers feel that way. I called at 5:30 9/6/2022 and so disappointed with my service. If theywant to get paid for their work, they should work harder. Their service is was disgusting. And the worst part was my order wasfor carryout & I was just trying to confirm the address. Something so small was such an inconvenience for them. Pathetic. It?sno wonder they only have 3 stars. This little ceaser is always really busy. But the staff is always polite and knowledgeable. They get you in and out with the... food you ordered in a fast and Friendly manner. Great job guys. Thanks for running such a good business Read more
Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes, once I got to the window, I waited another 15 minutes. No one ever acknowledged me until I... waived at them to get their attention. Male with long hair kept running his fingers through his hair. Gave 3 stars because thepizza was good. Customer service not so much. Read more
Usually always ready when I'm in the mood for pizza. Sometimes they take a little longer to get the food ready but it is right... down the street and conveniently open when we're hungry. Read more

These guys are always smiling when they deal with customers. They're even nice to my dogs at the window. What I really like is... that the employees make sure the left over food at the end of the night was given to local homeless people ( or at least it wasset out in a manner that was conducive to helping those in need) I think more companies should allow for that type ofconsideration when disposing of food that is still edible at the end of the night. It gives Little Ceasars & its owners / boardmembers a positive humanitarian feel. Read more
