I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered this pizza and unfortunately was not able to check it before I got home. I called and... they told me they would write my name and number down and I would be able to return and receive a new pizza free of charge. Iwent in today and tried to explain to the manager the situation. Instead of checking for my name and number like they told methey would, he proceeded to call me a liar and tell me I took the pizza home and baked it. He said he would never send out apizza this bad, but obviously that is not the case. Please consider doing quality checks on all pizzas, as this will save youmoney in the long run, my guy. Got order wrong. Overcharged me. Ten minutes after the estimated time and still no pizza. It was ready after I asked. They... disabled online notifications. 35 minute wait for some regular Hot-N-Ready pizzas. First time that's ever happened. Not worththe wait. Read more

Not impressed. Seems like the hot and ready oven is turned down I guess to save money. The pizza was just above room temperature... and was overcooked with very little sauce. Bread sticks were the same temperature. This place only offers cold marinara sauce.Try the many other nearby places to eat if your in this area looking for food. Read more

Ordered 2 stuffed crust online around 9:15pm, online said it?ll be ready at 10? got there at 9:45 and a lady who walked in... ordered the same thing I did and worker said ?oh i just got 2 stuffed crust out of the oven? and gave her the pizzas. I didn?twant to make the customer feel bad so I waited for her to leave. Then I asked the worker I had ordered my pizza at 9:15 and thatthose pizzas were probably mine since I had been waiting for 30 min and that lady was a walk in. Employee gave me a completejerk answer and told me he would have mine ready ?around 10?. I have ordered using the app, and I have called in my order before. They're always polite and helpful to get my order correct.... The portal makes it super easy if your shy or socially nervous/anxious, you don't have to talk to anyone. You should, becausethe staff are hilarious! Our orders have always been hot and fresh! Perfection! No one has ever become ill after eating at thisfine establishment. The price is great for what you get, and how quickly you get it. They also have fun pizza cookie bags forthe kids! This is the 3/4th time I have come to get pizzas from this location and every time I come in to order pizzas all you hear is the... cooks as well as the managers cursing at one another and talking stupidities. The cashier would yell back that she had certainpizzas coming back and the cooks would literally yell back ? the next order you call back you better be the one doing ityourself ?, as if it was a bother yet this is their job. The only reason I still come to this location cause the other locationis a good distance further. Management needs to be replaced as well as the cooks.
