Went in on Friday just to get a hot & ready. While I was waiting in line to place my order the guy at the register was talking... with some girls that were working there about non work related things & kept yelling at the guys in the back & then was sittingon the counter talking to the manager. They were laughing & messing around while there was a line of us waiting to place ourorders. No one ever acknowledged us or said I?ll be right with you. Nothing. Just talking & messing around. Manager did nothingto direct her staff or help the situation. It was just a bunch of kids having a good hangout instead of doing their jobs. Theyhad no pizzas ready everything was a wait & then I got my pizza & it was so soggy like they either put too much sauce or justdidn?t cook the pizza all the way it was so doughy. This Little Caesars sometimes disappoint to be as busy as it always is I'm not a fan of it but my kids love it so I can't really... say much cuz I don't partake in the pizza but I can definitely say I always feel like it can be hotter. I will say though itdoes stay pretty busy so be prepared to give it a bit of a wait but all in all no real complaints about the food my kids alwaysleaving empty box so I will continue going back. Went through the drive thru, my order was well over $30, to include an order of Italian bread. I pulled in front as requested to... wait for my order. After checking the order I see there's no marinara sauce. So, I go back into the store to ask for some. Theclerk says that'll be $1.08. I said I just ordered over $30 worth of food....she said, well we charge for sauce. Even with theItalian bread, I asked. She said yes. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! That's my last time going there. That's stupidity at itsstupidest. This location did not use to be like this. Utterly disappointed and irritated. On the way back home, I went to adifferent Little Caesars, informed them that I placed an order at a different location and didn't get any marinara sauce. Theyhanded me a container of marinara and told me to have a good day. #SMDH Read more
Worse little Caesar?s in the city! Staff are young and every time you come in they are playing around and backed up on orders.... I?ve waited over an hour for one classic pizza. Makes no sense. I?ve gone to other little Caesar?s and never experienced this. Read more
Ordered 2 thin and crust pizzas 30 min ahead of time. As I'm waiting to be helped a customer comes in asking for 2 thin crust... with no pre order and the cashier hands them mine then denied it. I could then hear the employees arguing, confirming that itwas true. Read more
Terrible drive thru service, only one car in front of me and they were at the pick up window, and started my order and provided... one item out of the 3 I wanted. I was told to hold on, waited for 10 minutes with no response until someone comes on the micscreaming for me to pull up. I mentioned to them I didn?t complete providing my order and no one responded, so when the car atthe pick up window left I drove up. I was met with someone who looked like they didn?t want me there. I have been courteous theentire time so I don?t know why I was being looked at this way, they gather the remainder of my items and was told to wait infront for an additional 10-20 mins. If you have the option, go to another store, no need to spend your money at a place thatdoesn?t want you there. After 30+ mins waiting, ended up getting cold pizza and cold cheese bread, so idk what the wait was forany way. Read more
