I spent over 35 minutes waiting in the drive through. I'm certain they didn't even start making the pizza until I got to the... window even though there were about 10 minutes between ordering and pulling to the window. In the time I spent here I could haveordered and received delivery from any other chain for better quality pizza, and for the same price. What's the point of thisplace when your ONE selling point is cheap, fast pizza and you can't even provide that? Read more
Not happy with them, ordered a pizza in drive thru and was told 9 mins and wait in front of the store. 15 minutes and everyone... around me getting their order I walked in and they "misplaced" my order. Did get a new pizza in about ten minutes but if you'regoing to ask us to wait then you should remember where and what I ordered. Read more

They got my order wrong and the manager made me a new pizza. I was so happy. Love coming to this little caesars.
The staff was friendly and the pizza was nice and hot, the reason for the three stars is because I had gone to Little Caesar's... the night before, 10 minutes before their closing time but they were already closed, I'm not sure why they closed so early, butthey did. it was a huge inconvenience for me. It was highly unprofessional and really upsetting having experienced such poor service. If they cannot handle simply having 1... employee attend the lobby and 1 the drive thru they should consider hiring more help or hiring people actually suitable for thejob. I understand it was busy but it was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful being treated so poorly by these two afterhaving waited over 20 minutes. If I could I would give NO STARS!! Extremely disappointed with the store & delivery system! Ordered pizza and Italian bread... online. I was informed food would be delivered between 6:45-7:05pm. Nobody answered the phone at the store when I didn't receivethe pizza until almost 8pm at room temperature & not cut. I had to cut my own pizza and warm it up myself so the kids could eat.Spending $33 for that was unacceptable! Read more
