The BEST location in San Antonio!! Every time I order pizza from this location, the service is Outstanding and the pizza is... exactly how I ordered when I use the online portal. Ordered delivery online. Received a text that it would be through Doordash even though Little Caesars website did not mention... that. Another text said it would be contactless even though I chose hand it to me and it said that on receipt. Another text thensaid order was modified or canceled with no reason provided. I then called store and no answer. 0 stars. Read more
Ordered twice in last 3 months and this location has come through with hot and correct orders both times. Someone?s kids did... good for me. I even see them busy and with a manager working with the crew. Read more
They have immature young adults that work at this location! The lack of customer service is beyond disappointing! My order was... wrong and the quality and presentation of the food was poor. The sad thing is that they allow food to leave their store likethat. Not only that, but they got my order wrong. I called and ask to speak to a manager and the employee didn?t put me on holdand I heard him to another employee ? Hey do you want to act / be a manager for a moment?. Needless to say I didn?t speak to amanager, I spoke to the Team Lead , Merlin. Explained the situation and he wasn?t much help. I ask for my order to be replacedand for the inconvenience I asked if they could throw in cheesy bread sticks , he says sure BUT I it will still be half price- THEY - Corporate won?t let us give cheesy breadsticks!!! Horrible manager! I called to let them know we did not get one of the pizzas we ordered and paid for delivery. Their answer was... not ?I?m so sorry, I will get that credited right away?...the answer was ?it?s not us that made the mistake, it was Door Dash(which was never listed on the website BTW). Then, she told me I would have to go through them to get it handled....SO, thecustomer is left to do this????? I was given a wrong number also for Door Dash to top it off.
