BE AWARE! MANAGER OF THIS STORE MIGHT BE STEALING YOUR MONEY. On 08/26/2022 we placed an online order directly from their... website. We order 4 items and received 3 so we called them to see if it was possible for them to send the missing item (that waspaid for). The person attending our call, passed the phone directly to the manager who denied to send us the item but also,after asking for the refund of the product that was charged and we did not received, she refused and stated that we needed tocontact doordash. ( I don?t understand why if I placed the order to them and don?t have any information from the driver). Itcould be easy to refund us the money we paid for the product we DID NOT received, but she decided to keep the money. We filed acomplaint with BBB and hopefully this review helps other customers to be aware of this practice since it is not the same timethey take the customers money. Read more
This LC location and it?s staff are horrible. I?ve had my delivery orders messed up 3 times from this location. When I notify... them of the issues, they either tell me to contact customer support to be refunded my money or I can pick up the missing itemsfrom their store. Really?!!! Why do you think I requested for delivery and paid the extra fees? Every time, they refuse todeliver and resolve the incomplete orders. Ridiculous!
