Ordered food was sent to the wrong address. Called Little Ceasars and they said it wasn't their problem. Gave me a number to... door dash and they gave me a number to the hotline for Little Ceasars. No one wanted to help me. The driver left the food by acloset door. No way to contact and tell them i dont have my food. No one wanted to take responsibility. BE AWARE! MANAGER OF THIS STORE MIGHT BE STEALING YOUR MONEY. On 08/26/2022 we placed an online order directly from their... website. We order 4 items and received 3 so we called them to see if it was possible for them to send the missing item (that waspaid for). The person attending our call, passed the phone directly to the manager who denied to send us the item but also,after asking for the refund of the product that was charged and we did not received, she refused and stated that we needed tocontact doordash. ( I don?t understand why if I placed the order to them and don?t have any information from the driver). Itcould be easy to refund us the money we paid for the product we DID NOT received, but she decided to keep the money. We filed acomplaint with BBB and hopefully this review helps other customers to be aware of this practice since it is not the same timethey take the customers money. Read more

This LC location and it?s staff are horrible. I?ve had my delivery orders messed up 3 times from this location. When I notify... them of the issues, they either tell me to contact customer support to be refunded my money or I can pick up the missing itemsfrom their store. Really?!!! Why do you think I requested for delivery and paid the extra fees? Every time, they refuse todeliver and resolve the incomplete orders. Ridiculous! DONT EAT HERE OR ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION YOU'LL THANK ME. Went to this location 3times and i just... wanted a classic hot and ready. So 3 times they told me they sold out or just didn't have any but they sure had the mostexpensive pizza sort of hot and not ready. Box was completely greasy as if sitting for a long time. I gave my order and they added an extra $1 for each pizza for "crazy crust" for each pizza without asking. I asked why and they... said they do this to all pizzas and it was "normal". Had to ask how to get the pictured pizza for the advertised price on themenu before he offered a refund and to charge me for what I asked for. Check your receipt for these "normal" overcharges ororder online so they can't add things without asking. Read more

The food was ok, good price and convenient hours and location close to the University, the cashier was very friendly and they... have decente parking. Store clean bot they didnt hace many pizzas ready to go. The really .bad thing Is that several employeesthat work on the prepares dont wear hair nets or hats, they have long hair and Is a violation to the health code and unsanitarynot to wear one.. just hope i dont get hair on my pizza Read more
