This is our neighborhood Little Caez so we came to get a hot-n-ready about 45 mins before closing. When I went to pay with my... phone, the young man working explained that I wouldn't be able to use my Google Pay as their NFC reader wasn't workingtemporarily. We don't live far so I figured we would would home and get a debit card. First, I tried to order the pizza onlinebut, it wasn't allowing orders for this location because it was so close to closing, I assume. I was in and out of the store acouple of times so at this point to anyone observing it looks like I can't pay for the pizza. Well, the young man's mother &family were waiting for him to get off work and she ended up paying for our hot-n-ready. I don't know the young man's name butI wanted to say that we are so grateful as we have been living on very little income recently. Thank you everyone working thatnight and thank you to Mom who was cool as he'll! We ALWAYA have a good experience at this location. We always love coming andgetting our food from (I am not sure if the name is correct) Noey? My husband & he usually deal either each other and my husbandshowed him his sound system when he was getting off work one time. Anyways... too long, sorry! Keep up the great work to theJones Maltsberger/Thousand Oaks store!! Read more

Atrocious service, zero courtesy, 50 minute wait for a "Hot and Ready". Stay far away from this store.

Second time in a row now with not a single hair net in sight on any of the employees, I?m looking behind the counter and there... are 3 males and 2 females working right now (props for being well staffed I guess). Staff is friendly at least? Read more

i?ve been buying pizzas from this store for nearly 15 years. I?m now going up to the Bulverde store. I?ve witnessed this store... go completely the wrong way. Employees that do not wash their hands when they come from the outside. Intentionally taking downthe online ordering, to make it easier on the workers. The last time I placed an order here, it was supposed to be ready by5:50. When I arrived at the store, it had not even been started yet and ultimately got my pizza 20 minutes after it waspromised. It was a thrown together mess, and I didn?t even want to eat it knowing that the worker that boxed it did not washhis hands. Bottom line, the workers here don?t give a you know what. I partially blame the ownership For either not hiring theright people, or not paying enough to attract a good employee. It?s interesting that the store at Bulverde charges less fortheir pizza, but has a higher quality employee. Read more

This location is, unfortunately, filled with annoyed and unhappy employees and it shows in their pizza. They are cold faced and... rude and every time we tried them because of convenience, the pizza was burned or not enough sauce spread on the pie or verylittle cheese... It was always something so we gave up and are very happy with your location on Bulverde. A little out of ourway but worth it. Read more

I don't know what happened to this location. I use to live over here in 2017 and never had these problems. This is btw the first... time I've ever been to make a Google review. So I apologize if it's too wordy. These are the laziest and most incompetentemployees I've encountered in a very long time. Maybe ever. Everything is old and reheated. If you try and order a fresh pizza, they will toss toppings on a hot and ready and just reheat it. Then when you politely ask them to fix anything is they willjust lie to your face and give you attitude. If you live in this Area, you will have to travel down 1604 just to find a decentlittle Cesar's. Don't even bother wasting your time at this location. Plus corporate will only pretend to look into any issues Read more

I do not recommend this location. I ordered an extra most bestest cheese pizza. There was nothing extra or best about it. It was... over cooked, very dry (as in no sauce). I called to speak to the manager, because I thought he might want the opportunity torectify the situation around 5 on 12/19. He was like sorry you got a bad pizza, the sauce is done by a machine ???????????. Theyweren?t busy. My pizza was the only one in the order ahead dispenser. He didn?t offer to remake it or anything. That was myfirst and last time ordering from that location. I do give Little Caesars on UTSA Blvd my business about once a week. Thatexperience definitely makes me question continuing to help them prosper if they aren?t willing to correct mistakes, provideadequate customer service and ensure a quality control protocol is in place.
