Walked in close to closing time and ordered 3 specialty pizzas and some sides. Employees were cool. Cooked everything fresh.
This is absolutely the worst Little Caesar?s in San Antonio. Ordered a hot and ready cheese and hot and ready extra most best,... waited 10ish minutes and the pizza is cut all wacky, it wasn?t hot, wasn?t ready, didn?t get a receipt, I think there may havebeen one person working and he was hot and disgruntled. Ordered online and waited. When I went through the drive thru, I could hear them since she was right next to the glass doors and... she was complaining about me. Why??? I was polite and courteous. I've seen people go in and threaten the staff at thislocation so what the heck did I do? Nobody in front of me and nobody behind me and my pizza was handed to me in under a minuteso I just don't know why she was complaining about me AND I could hear her doing it. Very long wait times, up to an hour almost, that eat into my personal and often limited time. I understand the food service... industry is struggling, but something needs to be remedied. And when you finally get your order, it's not so great. At leastthey throw in free stuff for the wait. I keep giving this place a chance hoping they'll improve, but they don't. I will not comeback.
