Great family fun!!! We took our family of 7 on our vacation. The place is very clean & there is so much to do. We got there... around 12 and paid to do everything and got the kids 125 game tokens a piece. We were able to play and fill about 4 hours withother activities. Bowling was by far the family fav! Great experience. We had a joint birthday party for our sons and invited over 20 kids. The hostess kept the party running... smoothly and took care of everything. When our son's fun card was stolen, the hostess got him a replacement card. We'll use thisplace again for future parties. Read more
The wait staff was horrible. We had maybe four different waiters and it confused us and them. One guy was from a different... location and kept trying to help us but then kept saying he would go find someone else. It was just too chaotic. Our food tookan hour to come out. (We did not go during rush hour) A lot of it wasn’t served at the same time. We had a waiter come over tous with food that wasn’t ours. We waited 20 minutes for our check. No drink refills. The games are pricey but that’sexpected. But 1/4 of them didn’t work. And no one was around to get help or a refund. It just seemed like a run down Dave andbusters. Would I come again: No. Read more
It was very clean and I didn't feel it was too crowded. This is a nice location where the front desk was patient and... informative. I mentioned to the manager that I was impressed. We let 15 kids loose on the place and had a great time! Muchcleaner but smaller than the Main Event we frequent in Lewisville, Tx. A nice place to take your kids or just go bowling withsome freinds. Wow what a great visit to S.A I thought I'd check out a place with the wife & kiddos and stumbled upon Main Event. We were... kindly greeted by a gentleman named Chris, he may have been a manager, unsure but what I can say is he is super nice and made usfeel welcomed. Had my Nieces birthday party here. By far one of the best times we have had in a long time When we arrived we got a long table... in the bar Area Lahana was our Waitress she was a pleasure to have she kept checking on us regularly very friendly and a realJoy. When we arrived we purchased the 24.99 wrist band for 3 children I called ahead of time and asked what was the best dealfor 4 children ages 12, 8, 5 they recommend wrist bands for the 3 bigger kids to have access to laser tag bowling ropes andbillards. Was instructed that my 5 yr old would be able to do any of that except for bowling so with the other 3 boys wrist bandmy 5 yr old was able to bowl with them just had to rent him bowling shoes for 3.25$ saved money there and just bought 300credits gamecard for 50$ and went to the prize store and they were able to split the 300 credits among all for kids so eachchild got there own card. So between 4 kids was 146$ for a full day of play obviously the credits ran out but they were contentwith the laser tag and with the points my 5 yr old won he was content with all the Little prizes he was able to get. Food wasextra if you are on a budget recommend ordering a couple of pizzas and bring your own cake we saved bowling for last would give10 stars if I could will definitely be returning Read more
