They ran out of whip cream. The kid did not know how to make banana splits. Put the ice cream in there then pretty much just put... the bananas on top. Forgot about the chocolate syrup and strawberries. Then put 3 cherries on it and called it done. Read more

Took the family to have some ice cream. Each tried a sample to figure out what they wanted. When it was my turn I was told we... weren't allowed any more samples. Mind you each person only tried 2. Overall, not a bad deal. They ran out of whipped topping but the guy made up for it. He hooked me up with some cookies for the... inconvenience. Return trip is warranted. I'm writing this review of the one star Because of my cake service, I ordered a custom cake, and asked for a banner that says... "Happy 17th Birthday Abigail." Usually I'm okay with mistakes, I get it were human. But the workers snickered at my request. Myboyfriend didn't think that was right. I didn't make a big fuss about this issue. I was polite and said it was ok. I wouldn'torder a cake from here again and just stick to the one on Broadway. Besides this everything is good in the store. Read more

Staff was friendly, the ice cream was delish! I love all the crazy combinations and mixtures that they make. It?s absolute a... must visit and amazing. You can also preorder flavored ice cream cakes ahead of time for only about $30 smallest size. They alsohave online ordering. Awesome, keep it up ! Read more
