The ice cream was good, not excellent. The waffle cones were okay. Overall the shop seemed old and rundown.
Love This Place But Today's Experience Was Disgusting. The Young Ladies Who Were There Today Had No Hair Ties. As They Were... Reaching For The Ice Cream Their Hair Was Hanging In The Ice Cream. Then Flipped Her Hair Back While Still Having Her Head OverThe Ice Cream. Or Girl Was Scratching Her Face. No Gloves Or Hair Nets Were Being Used. I haven't had Marble Slab in years! Today's visit didn't disappoint. If you like ice cream, you won't go wrong with Marble Slab!
My daughters and I had stopped by this weekend, wanted a cool treat. And we have been wanting Marble Slab for a while we seen... it and were like lets stop here. Well we went in for Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream. When I noticed the lady putting a scoopof caramel, I also thought she was making an other order. Well no she was making our order and I told her we wanted StrawberryCheesecake. She was like oh this is Strawberry Cheesecake creations, I told her I never had it like that and I don't like grahamcrackers in my ice cream. I told her that's not what I wanted but she kept insisting oh you'll like it, again that's not what Iwanted. Was very disappointed and she was a little rude about it. I honestly think she should of made my order the way Iordered it. Won't come back here for sure. Read more

I used a coupon for a free small ice-cream with the purchase of a value size one. This was the coupon for getting the app. When... the girl tried to get my total it was only giving me a reward of .99 cents. She finally just took off the small cup from thetotal. Then when I went to pay the register would not process my card(which I use all the time) and I had to find cash for thetransaction. Read more
