I want to share a little happiness that Marco's Pizza gave to me on 31 Oct 2022. So this was order #902 from Store 5183. This is... my favorite store because its drivers are always courteous. I always tip them. So on 31 Oct 2022, after receiving notice of apromotion, that was hard fought, and hard won, being single and having no one to celebrate with, I bought a pizza online throughthe ap. The order was placed at 6:29 pm. 7:30 came and went, 8:30 came and went. At about 7:30 a young lady did call and let meknow my pizza was delivered to the wrong home and a new one would be delivered. So 8:30 - 9:30pm I became concerned and called.The gentleman was courteous. I explained to him I got promoted and had no one to celebrate with and was so hungry. He quicklyreversed the credit card charge and had the pizza delivered. The young man that came and delivered was again so courteous. Mylittle solemn and sad celebration was just between me and Marcos Pizza. I am grateful to Marcos because for a little while mypromotion was made special by Marcos. They put a little extra chicken wings and the Pizza tasted extra special. Thanks Marcos.You made me cry because someone cared. You know who I am because I always order from this location. I know that Friday nights are busy for pizza places but having to wait nearly 14 minutes on the phone is pretty unacceptable for... a business. I called ahead knowing it would be busy and I was able to reach the destination while still on hold. The lovelyyoung lady apologized and said sorry, your call was forgotten about. Didn?t fuss about it just told her mistakes happen but forthem to be a little more mindful about the call orders (in a non confrontational manner). Waited for my pizza which was readywithin 15 minutes. The manager at the time, named Erika, came up to us politely and apologized for the long wait time on thephone and she handed us a box of cheese bread for free. I?m new to the area and rarely do reviews. However, today is the 4th time ordering from Marco?s within 4 weeks, and every single... time it?s been PERFECT! This is no doubt our go to pizza place. Read more

The customer service at this location is terrible. My pizza was originally not delivered. The manager was very rude on the... phone and claimed it was my fault. He refused to make it right. Acted as if he was going to keep my money and the order. Itold him that would be stealing and he needed to either deliver the product or refund my money. When I got the product it wasCold, old as if it was sitting for hours. Recommend you use either Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Sofia's, or Domino's. Avoid thisplace at all costs Read more
Poor food quality - ordered a side of cinnamon squares. The bread was soggy, and dripping in rancid oil. Everyone knows what... rancid oil smell and taste like. I thought well maybe I can peel the top off and eat, NOPE! too much oil. Read more
I love Marcos, but even good places do bad things. I ordered 2 XL pizzas for my daughter's birthday party, along with a 2 liter... Root Beer, and 20oz Pepsi Zero. The driver brought me the 2 pizzas, a regular Pepsi, and 2 20oz bottles of Root beer. I calledthe store and spoke with a young girl who said she was the manager. She said we got 2 20 ounce bottles of Root Beer because itwas closest in price to the 2 Liter. I reminded her you don't make up for price, you make up for quantity. I can't give 8girls Root Beer from 2 20 ounce bottles. She swore she'd remove the bottles from the charge of my receipt... which did nothappen. Further, she stated she would give a $10 credit to my account to make up for the mix-up and her mistake. When I wentto order pizza today, I discovered that was also not the case.
