This place is now my favorite pizza parlor. Mattenga's hasn't let me down so far - their quality is outstanding! Pizza is always... fresh and hot, and the crust is outstanding. Wings are really good; maybe not the best in the world, but you can do way worse.The cannolis are all right, and I say it that way because I don't really have a good baseline to measure them against. Hope totry the Zeppole Italian donuts one day. Another great plus to this pizzeria is the location - maybe 5 minutes from my house, soI'm there and back in no time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We tried an arrangment of things. I don't recomend the cesar salad. Had brown lettus very... thick dressing prefer a more tart dressing. The breadsticks are wonderful recomend them on your orders. The margarita pizza wasa bit heavy on oil and I would like more of a punch of garlic. Finished it off with a tirmisu. The tirmisu needs a bit moreespresso hit and lose the chocolate syrup it honestly kinda ruined it. I'd recommend chocolate shavings and seems to have beenmissing the liquor. Overall not a bad first try for a local pizzeria. Might try the other desert next time. Read more
