The only thing that I love about McDonald's always is a french fries if I go back it because my grandkids love happy meals but... they always have the price especially fries they they give you half last time I bought the large fries they give me half of thefries for almost $5 you know managers are not doing their job and always missing something I was missing a 10-piece nuggets andone chicken spicy chicken but I didn't even call I'm just sick and tired of calling and calling and they just doing the samemistake I don't know either a new persons and specially the line you know you take 30 minutes to 45 get your things I leave 5minutes away in the same neighborhood 5 minutes away and my fries are all dry and cold always so for me I don't even goMcDonald's no more I don't understand why they got a lot of people a lot of cars you know the owner if you're reading this youhave to send somebody like a client and see what I'm talking about and the line or inside people are not doing dirt their thingand you're not cooking you just preparing because everything is cooked so I never going to go back Read more

Food was good. Long wait, short lines, unprofessional staff to include manager at the time. No acknowledgment of any sort if I... or anyone was waiting to be helped but ongoing unprofessional conversations across counter to lounge area...including manageracting as if she ran things but her mouth was the inky running. So I asked her, excuse me...do I order at counter or here atkiosk?" She rolls eyes and returns to counter and annoyingly responds, "how may I help you" when clearly that's not theMCDONALD'S way of customer service order in a Supervisory or Managerial role. Staff was the same all around. Anyways, I orderedas I was on way home from Dallas and stopped. Like I said, food was good despite the events listed. If you are going to be apart of customer service in a supervisory role...then please act accordingly. No ones cares about your loud voice unless it'scustomer service friendly and not the BS that day. Why do you guys leave 2 drive thru lines open if you dont use both of them ? I was skipped 3 times and i had to honk repeatedly... just to get employees attention from the outside. And this isn?t the first time either. This is ridiculous! Read more
Went there as a quick option for dinner for my son since I?m back in college and have assignments due by midnight that are... taking longer than I anticipated. I order ahead - just a plain chicken sandwich and large fry only. Get there and it pulls upjust fine. They ask me to pull up and wait for it. It literally took an hour for me to leave with my food. 45 minutes AFTER Ipaid for it. They don?t offer me anything for the inconvenience either other than the explanation of how they deleted it andthen couldn?t find it so that?s why they needed my receipt again. They didn?t even fill the fries all the way. It was MAYBE amediums worth in there but not a good full medium. It was a large fry?. If I had an hour to waste, I would have cooked and mademyself something as well. Asked for 5 hash browns and 5 muffins only received 2. My husband even told them no it?s not 2 it?s 5. He was told they fixed it... and yet they still gave him 2. The most messed up part is they didn?t even put the sausage and cheese. I have 5 kids to feed andcouldn?t even do that because there is not enough.
